Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 2 cups fresh cranberries 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped 1 cup pecans 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 (3 ounce) packages cranberry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®) ¾ cup white sugar 1 cup boiling water 1 cup cold water Directions Place cranberries, mandarin oranges, and pecans into a food processor and pulse several times to chop; process mixture until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Transfer mixture into a large bowl. Mix pineapple, gelatin, and sugar in a separate bowl. Add boiling water and cold water and stir together until gelatin and sugar have dissolved.
