This article focuses on the interactions between Julia and Priya.
Overview[]
Due to Julia and Priya initially being on opposing teams in Total Drama Island (2023), Priya's only vocal opinion of Julia comes from her true face. Julia bullies Priya, labeling her as a pathetic nerd with no friends. Priya, in return, immediately dislikes Julia for her vicious behavior. As the season finale is approaching, Julia realizes that she needed to form an alliance with someone to get rid of her rival, Bowie and thus, she chooses Priya and Millie. The two reluctantly agree, including her as a fail-safe fodder member of their alliance. However, there was little camaraderie during this brief alliance, especially when Julia tries to break apart Priya's friendship with Millie. As a result, Julia's kicked from the alliance as quick as she was included with Priya herself having a major hand in her downfall. Though the two appear to hate each other, Julia has some respect for Priya after seeing her be a strong player, having no qualms cheering her on to win the season, albeit out of a greater dislike of Bowie.
In season two, their conflict is temporarily put on hold as they’re placed on different teams again. Other than Julia taking interest in potentially messing with Caleb and Priya’s romance in Haulin' n' Ballin' or failing to sympathize with a heartbroken Priya in Breaking Up is Hard to Do, the two don’t officially meet until butting heads again starting with Circling the Drain, with Priya resorting to physical violence, even, as means of distracting Julia from picking a square. Priya is instantly upset with both Caleb and Julia upon learning about their alliance; unaware that this is exactly what Julia wanted. Julia and Priya battle it out in Off the Hook!, trying to get Caleb to choose a side after Priya had convinced him to double cross Julia. The two repeatedly hook each other. The episode ends with Julia causing Priya’s elimination via the Immunity Idol, leaving her in shock and revenge-hungry. Priya would later retaliate by indirectly causing Julia to lose her hair after shooting her down into the gorge in Soar Losers.
Total Drama Island (2023)[]
Numbskull Island[]
Julia sprays Millie and Priya with a smug expression, believing she was doing them a favor since their pores were gross.
The Wheel of Vomit[]
When Julia walks in the mess hall, she smacks Millie and Priya's trays, knocking their food onto them. She mockingly apologizes for doing so, casually strolling past them to terrorize the others. An annoyed Priya takes notice of Julia's change in personality, flatly noting that she's “full evil” now. Like everyone else, Priya is grossed out as she watches Ripper and Julia eat the tapeworm. In spite of her disgust, Priya ends up developing a small amount of respect for Julia's resolve to try and stomach an entire tapeworm for the sake of immunity.
Paddle Field Earth[]
Julia walks in on Millie and Priya's training. She tells them to form an alliance with her, as they'd have a strength in numbers. Priya makes the executive call to include her, primarily to benefit her and Millie for the challenge and future votes. Then they decide to go for a fourth member, Julia believing they need someone who will do what they say but won’t ask any questions. When Zee agrees to join their alliance, she welcomes him to “Team Julia”, causing Priya to comment on how that's not what they're calling their alliance. Priya attempts to give Millie and Julia advice, but they choose to run fast like Zee was doing, causing the two of them to get sprayed up into the air by the geysers and fall on top of Priya. Millie and Priya both appear to be surprised when Julia falls in front of them, and runs away while being chased by bees. At the elimination ceremony, their alliance plans to vote off Bowie, more than likely because of Julia's fight with him during the challenge.
The Truth, The Pole Truth and Nothing But the Truth[]
Their alliance is still going strong, the two sticking with Julia as the merge reached a standstill between two powerful alliances. After Priya suffers from a sunstroke during the challenge, Julia believes it's time for her to give up, commenting to stick a fork in that one: she's done. After Bowie falls, Julia is confident she can win immunity, as Bowie and Priya are the two strongest players, and were both out of the challenge. The alliance agrees to target Chase, primarily out of dislike and annoyance for being knocked off their poles by him.
Tortoise Rigamortis[]
As Millie and Priya both show affection towards each other, Julia tells them both to stop it. In the confessional, Julia talks about how friends are like zits, and she doesn't have or want any, nor does she want other people having them, believing they're easy to pop. She then tries breaking up Millie and Priya's alliance by comparing the quality of their friendship bracelets, but Priya thinks Millie's rocks. In Julia’s next confessional she talks about how their friendship would be harder to break since nerds cling to their friends due to having very few. During the challenge, Julia approaches them, but Priya tries to hush her, before she wakes up the lions. Millie and Priya keep trying to take their selfies, only for Julia to keep interrupting them, until they accidentally wake up the lions. The three of them climb up a tree in attempts to escape them. Julia tried convincing the besties to help her vote off either Bowie or Emma, since she believed their alliance made them a threat. In the confessional, Priya is considering her two options; listening to Julia or feeding herself to the lions. She then sarcastically says that it makes a lot of sense, following that with saying it doesn't, as Julia's a first rate backstabber and a second rate schemer, which makes her the biggest threat. Julia takes great offense, believing her schemes aren't second rate. After the two reject Julia's alliance offer, she talks in the confessional about how she'll just go with her second plan, and that she'll just win immunity, realizing now she had to. As Priya is being beaten by a bear, Julia uses her timing to get a selfie of it, instead of trying to help her.
Caved by the Bell[]
Julia has a proposal for Millie and Priya; they vote Bowie off, believing that an all-girl finale would lead to a more massive social media reach for the show. The Super Alliance abruptly cut her off, bluntly reaffirming that her offer is in indefinite consideration. This sends Julia away with an insulted scoff. Julia then decides she doesn’t need them, she'll just win immunity again. They believe Bowie's idea of him not being Julia to be a good reason to form an alliance with him, and like his idea of throwing the challenge for Julia. During the challenge, Julia celebrates Priya and “the other one” possibly being crushed, as that would put her in the finals. After she and Bowie run into the Super Alliance, she snaps at them for getting her way. Julia finds out about their pitiful challenge performance and laughs, taking Millie’s bag with her one token in it. She tosses it back to them shortly afterward. After Millie and Priya reach the exit, they encounter Julia again, she proceeds to rub her victory in, telling the two that it looks like one of them is going home. She adds that since she's a “nice person”, she'll point them to a few tokens down in the pond, saying it's not enough to win but enough to lose less embarrassingly. After Priya questions Julia's hesitation to go after them, she says that there’s no way she'd get her hair wet before her victory selfie. This choice comes to bite her as Priya unexpectedly wins the challenge. Julia falls to her knees and lets out a defeated yell. At the elimination ceremony, Millie and Priya both vote for Julia. The two appear to be shocked after hearing Chris's new way of breaking a tie, and Julia celebrates: believing that she's in the finals, until it’s revealed Bowie backstabbed her.
Magma Cum Laude[]
Due to Priya showing hostility towards Millie after what happened last episode: threatening her during the challenge, Julia decides she’s starting to like “this nerd”. Despite showing no interest in Millie and Priya’s friendship, Julia cheers when Priya wins, more than likely because she’d rather Bowie lose than anything else.
Total Drama Island (2024)[]
The Pink Painter Strikes Again[]
Priya gasps in shock when Bowie picks Julia for his team. She also gasps when Julia tackles Emma to the ground.
Haulin' n' Ballin'[]
After realizing Zee’s secret could break up Caleb and Priya’s relationship, Julia does everything to try squeezing it out of him. Julia is one of only three people who doesn't show happiness with Caleb and Priya's first kiss, but finally shows her complete happiness after Zee reveals that Caleb “never liked” Priya and that he just wanted an alliance with her. In the confessional, Julia even admits that she almost felt sorry for Priya.
Breaking Up is Hard to Do[]
Julia fails to fake sympathy for Priya after her falling out with Caleb, saying “You look terrible.” Julia even sees the prize money as more important than Priya’s feelings.
Circling the Drain[]
Upon seeing Caleb and Priya getting dangerously close to making up, Julia attempts to distance the two apart by telling Priya to pretend she isn't into Caleb so he'd pursue her more. This succeeds, with Julia reminding Caleb or Priya to ignore the other several times throughout the challenge. Julia relishes in supposed victory, until Caleb and Priya make up, realizing she was likely at risk after this.
Julia was also the only one not moved by Caleb and Priya's reconciliation. Priya and Caleb both prepare to take down Julia; with Priya tackling her to the ground and wrestling with her to prevent her from picking an icon. That is, until Caleb separated them; but Priya would still angrily swing her arms, desiring to get in more licks, likely. Caleb and Priya taunt Julia together, before the revelation that Priya accidentally chose an icon with Julia's tablet instead of her own. And after Julia wins and Caleb loses on account of picking the wrong icon, she smugly taunts the couple about how she deserved the win. Surprisingly, Priya is willing to admit that Julia did indeed deserve it. But at the elimination ceremony, Priya would be shocked and angered to learn of Caleb's alliance with Julia. So Julia now proudly states she has successfully tricked Priya into thinking of Caleb as even more of a liar now.
Working K9 to 5[]
Deep into the challenge, Julia would sabotage Priya several times; such as alerting Scissormouth, the dog tracking Priya, of her presence with a chew toy or covering Priya in bacon grease to attract him. Then Julia just barely edged Priya out at the very end of the challenge on account of her fake nails. This has allowed Julia to win immunity, and she uses this as an opportunity to convince the Hockey Bros to vote Priya out the game. But after that fails, she informs Priya that Raj and Wayne were voting for Caleb in an effort to get her to join them in voting off Raj instead.
Off the Hook![]
Julia spies on Caleb and Priya at the start of the episode, before falling out the tree. Priya is angered to see Caleb genuinely care enough to check on Julia, also convincing Caleb to try betraying the alliance he had with the villainess. In the challenge, Julia and Priya do not interact until Priya angrily steps out of her Terror Tank right as Julia celebrated her supposed victory. Then the two have a rather personal face off with one another.
After losing her hook, Priya swiftly runs away from Julia, with the latter mockingly telling her to fight her fears. And Priya successfully kicks Julia into a corner; ready to hook her. But shockingly, Julia had hooked Priya too, albeit by her pants. Julia teasingly bids Priya farewell, before Chris decides to put Priya back in the game despite not caring for rules. Eventually, the challenge came down to Caleb, Julia, and Priya. The two attempt to force Caleb to choose a side, not at all expecting what he did next; choosing to take immunity for himself, hooking both of them instead of just one. When asked by Chef if she could see into the future because of how many times she got zapped, Priya teasingly remarks that she predicted Julia would go home. When receiving the last marshmallow of the season, Priya rubs it in Julia's face, right before the latter reveals that she had the Immunity Idol. Priya is seen in shock and unable to respond when Julia takes the marshmallow out her hand and teases her about the elimination. Priya is left angry and she desires revenge; even yelling at Caleb to avenge her and crush Julia.
Soar Losers[]
Priya shoots Julia in retaliation for getting her eliminated, causing Julia to fall off the high wire and into the water again. Priya is also shocked to see Julia lose her hair.
