Overview[]
Julia and MK’s scheming ways make them bitter enemies in the first season…
Being placed on the same team in Total Drama Island (2023), they start off on not very good terms. MK hated Julia's positive influencer personality from the very beginning. From mocking the quality of her character to stealing Julia's belongings for herself, MK had no issue taking advantage of her teammate. After utilizing a confessional strategy with Julia's stolen phone, MK finds out about the real Julia in the fifth episode. The side of Julia that'd hatefully insult and demean all the "buttknuckles" on the island. Alongside what she found, MK secretly records Julia showing that vicious side of herself then exposes her to all of her followers. Unfortunately for MK, she underestimated Julia. MK directly awakens a fierce competitor who has no limit to her nasty behavior. All of MK's choices culminate into a move that costs her the game. Julia flips the scheming around on MK: exposing her thievery and confessional watching to the other campers.
…only to make them a powerful alliance in the next season.
Next season, however, they start off on good terms, with MK warning Julia that Bowie may be planning to get her eliminated early. The two later build a genuine friendship with each other and work together to help their team cheat to win challenges starting with You Poor Saps. Julia expresses a love for MK’s sneakiness this season, and MK is awestruck by Julia’s viciousness. They share similar reactions to the events going on around them and frequently use the confessional together. Julia protected MK from elimination in Canoe Believe It?, which further proves that she genuinely likes MK. Nevertheless, Julia does not hesitate to cause MK’s elimination again in Breaking Up is Hard to Do, although MK forgives her for this, and the two part on good terms while complimenting each other's cruelty. In Soar Losers, MK is Julia’s only supporter. However, interestingly enough, MK and Julia still insult each other during their partnership, taking it as flattery now.

Meet the Victims[]
MK steals one of Julia's phones.
MK and Julia are both placed on the Frogs of Death. Whilst the girls and Bowie settle in, Julia is busy sorting out some flowers in the cabin to make it feel more aesthetic. MK uses this as an opportunity to steal one of her phones along with a necklace. MK has a smarmy comment of how she's much happier now. They don't talk any further during this episode, but we are now aware that MK has one of Julia's phones and is using her secret talent as a way to get through the game.
Drown Town Abbey[]
MK has no interest in speaking to Julia.
MK is the second person to go for her team, she completes the course with the intent of not being the best but also not being the worst. When MK inputs the number she receives, Julia thanks her, however MK is not at all interested in hearing her speak so she walks off. Once they start falling behind, Julia tries to help motivate Nichelle, however MK does not think this is helpful. So much so she hops in a confessional to tell the viewers to tune in to find out if fake help is better than no help at all. It was not. Herself, Julia and Nichelle are also the three which Chef states are vulnerable for elimination since MK's sarcastic comments were negative when Emma was trying to motivate Nichelle, and Julia's warrior goddess energy did not help Nichelle remotely.
Numbskull Island[]
Julia explains that MK was no help remotely.
MK and Julia had different roles in the challenge, so they did not interact much this episode. However after the team wins, Julia, Wayne, Raj and Bowie are celebrating. MK tries to join in, however Julia responds saying that MK was no help at all (unaware that she hacked the challenge to enable their victory by sabotaging the Ferocious Trout). The four all leave, frustrated at MK for her lack of participation in this episode and the previous one. MK tries but fails to explain her contribution to the team.
Jurassic Fart[]
MK had recorded Julia's true nature.
MK reveals in a confessional that "Princess Julia" isn't the ball of sunshine that everyone thinks she is. She follows that up with an insulted statement that Julia calls them all butt-knuckles. When Julia disses the dinosaur and reveals her true colors, MK witnesses her true nature. She had been sitting in a nearby tree and happened to record it all. Having a quick laugh, MK decided to upload it to her MySelfieGram account to show her followers #TheRealJulia. Later in the day after the challenge is long over, Julia sees the video has been uploaded. Due to MK's schemes, Julia lost thousands of followers: dropping all the way down to 3000 now that the world knows her positive vibes were fake. She is furious at the revelation.
The Launchback of Notre Game[]
MK asks Julia if she has seen the lucky beards, since she is a liar.
Julia comes into the mess hall, thumping loudly. She demands whoever uploaded the video came forward, however MK does not come forward. She looks visibly worried, but she does not act. MK does call out to Julia with another snarky comment about blessing burritos. Later as the Frogs of Death walk to the challenge, Wayne and Raj appear to have lost their lucky play-off beards. MK was the one who took them, however she instead interrogates Julia asking her if she's seen them. Julia says she's allergic to things which stick to bodies, and MK asks her if that is just another one of her lies. Julia deflects saying that she has lost a necklace and a phone so there is a clear thief within their midst, Bowie backs this up saying he is missing a lip balm, and Emma is missing her hair brush.
Julia tells MK to back off since she has got this challenge under control.
Later into the challenge, Julia is tossing people from the medieval catapult. MK does not volunteer first as per usual, but Julia tells her team to move it because they need to win the challenge. After landing Wayne and Raj in two different penalty zones, MK decides to confront Julia about her efforts with the catapult. MK tells her since she is doing horribly, someone else could have a turn. Julia gets in her face and demands for her to back off, MK obliges. MK does not fly the whole challenge, and her and Julia are both having similar reactions to things throughout the challenge, from covering their ears from Chase and Emma's screams to being grossed out by the tapioca pudding.
MK puts the blame on Julia for losing the challenge, with Julia attempting to defend herself.
After their team lost the challenge the two are bickering, MK blames Julia since if they had kept doing what they were doing they'd have finished before Zee landed. She makes a mocking retort of MK not being a team player for not flying. MK scoffs and calls Julia "moo-low", she has no idea what that means. It is revealed to be a word she made up specifically to get in Julia's head. The argument is abruptly finished, MK then confidently declares that it is time to vote Julia off and proceeds to call her a "butt-knuckle." This tips Julia off that MK has been watching everyone's confessionals, as Julia has only ever said "butt-knuckle" in the confessionals. She then begins searching, checking under MK's bunk and finding a bunch of stolen things from herself and her teammates.
Julia exposes MK as the thief.
She runs late to the ceremony with a bag slung over her shoulder. Julia accuses MK of stealing and watching their confessionals. Julia proves it by presenting everything she found. MK attempts to make a counterpoint in that she's never seen any of this stuff and how suspicious it is that Julia randomly shows up at the last second with all of their belongings. Julia starts to feel the heat, struggling to form a logical counterpoint, she tries to insist again that MK watched their confessionals out of frustrated despair. MK checkmates Julia by asking her whose phone are those confessionals on. A desperate Julia resorts to the worst possible thing MK could've done on why they shouldn't side with her: that she's seen all of them pooping. The last ditch argument won the power struggle between her and MK as the latter is eliminated. Julia has the last laugh.
Total Drama Island (2024)[]
The Pink Painter Strikes Again[]
While Bowie is giving an apology, MK and Julia both equally agree his game plans were evil to which they smile at as they both said the word at the same time. After being placed on the Skunk Butts, MK thanks Bowie for placing her on the team. And then secretly compliments Julia on her game moves, to which Julia replies complimenting her on her style, and that she trusts MK will find a sneaky way to help them have an advantage in the challenges this season. MK says that cheating is her thing, and then points out that she hopes Julia is prepared in case Bowie only picked her so that he can make her first voted out. Julia gasped, as she hadn't thought of that, MK says she guesses she is helping her already, to which Julia says that this is the start to a beautiful alliance.
Later, when Julia sacrifices herself to prove she is worth keeping, MK says in the confessional that Julia is an animal while smiling happily. At the elimination ceremony, MK whispers to Julia saying Scary Girl was a complete freak show last season. They both smile at each other when they receive their marshmallows.
Taking It to the Rim Reaper[]
Julia and MK share their first confessional together.
Julia and MK are walking to the mess hall together, when MK comments to Julia that they will see what Chef is trying to pass as food. When Ripper goes up of his seat to ask out Axel, Julia begins to record on her phone. The two share a confessional, where Julia notes her disgust at their potential relationship, MK adds in saying that if the two did get together then the show would require a new disclaimer to say the episode they are about to watch will contain gross footage. When Chase is recording his video intro, Julia and MK butt into the frame and ask whether he is actually going to participate. MK recommends to Chase to restart from birth to which he disagrees with. MK and Julia share a confessional after seeing Ripper naked where MK says she wished to donate her eyes to science but now can't as they are scarred, Julia states she doesn't believe in donating, contrasting with MK's presumably sarcastic comment. After Team Skunk Butts lost the challenge, Julia is frustrated and is concerned that she and MK will be going home if they keep losing. MK comments mentioning their plan to steal the intern uniform. She then carries this out, and afterwards shows the camera the stolen outfit where MK and Julia believe their team's luck has changed. Julia smiles at MK when she gets a marshmallow.
You Poor Saps[]
Julia and MK are planning to get an advantage in the next challenge by having MK dressing up as an intern to get the information at the morning production meeting. As MK claims that they're cheating, Julia agrees. As Chris tells Bowie that everyone hates an underdog that complains, Julia and MK start smiling at each other and nod their heads, agreeing with Chris' statement.
During the challenge, as Raj and Wayne are thinking that it's lucky that the sap removers are just lying in the middle of MK's "shortcut", Julia and MK stares at each other awkwardly. While Raj and Wayne are stuck together and struggling to get out, MK was gonna spray them until Julia stops her, wanting to see how tangled Raj and Wayne would get. Later in the challenge, Julia and MK are developing an even darker plan. Even if the entire Skunk Butts teammates can finish, they'll still lose due to Team Rat Face having two more players than them, so Julia and MK are planning to "stick it to them". As Bowie plans to split up, Julia and MK are smirking at each other. While Julia and MK are at the top of the waterfall, they've found their first Rat Face victim. As Julia plans to "take out the trash", she and MK both remark, "Bingo!" In the confessional, MK says that Julia's bad guy one-liners are really good, a flattered Julia thanks her. As Caleb, Emma, and Priya are being stopped by chickens, Julia and MK are on top of a cliff, looking down at them. MK asks Julia if she wants to do the honor of sabotaging them. An admired Julia says she's the best with a friendly tone before throwing a trash can near the other team, scaring the chickens as they covered Emma in feathers. Julia believes they're being too subtle, so she and MK pushes a tree trunk down from a cliff, landing on Caleb, Emma, and Priya. In the confessional, MK calls Julia vicious in a high flattery tone, and Julia tells her to stop because she's making her blush as she's giggling. When most of Team Skunk Butts arrive at the marked location, Chris asks what they're secret is due to them not being stuck to anything. Julia answers that they've finally decided to play to their team's strengths. MK was looking nervously at Julia at first, afraid they might get exposed, but then smiled at her. After Team Skunk Butts are declared the winner of the challenge, Julia and MK celebrated with high-fives.
Choosin' for a Bruisin'[]
Julia comments that she would date MK's brain if it drove a cool car.
During the challenge, MK plans to go to the bridge next and once she falls, she'll be cheating, once again, by getting answers from the production trailer, much to Julia's delight, encouraging her to do it. MK then explains to Bowie and Julia how to use "hot sign", by listening to how many times she shouts the answer to them instead of shouting out all the right answers. Julia is seen astonished by MK's plan that in the confessional, she says if MK's brain drove a cool car, she'd date it.
Ice to Beat You[]
MK and Julia share a fist bump over their plan to distract the Hockey Bros.
When MK returns from the morning production meeting, she demands quickly for a pen and paper. After the Hockey Bros leave, Julia hands MK a marker saying she doesn't have any paper. Ripper offers himself as a way of making doodles of what MK is requesting, MK explains to Julia what she figured out. And the pair are excited when they have a plan to melt the ice. Julia, as well as MK and Ripper standing beside her, attempt to mock Nichelle and Damien but are quickly humbled. In the challenge, Julia and MK quickly force the team to do the maze. After handing Wayne and Raj ice skates, MK and Julia share a confessional where they explain that they knew they needed to distract the hockey bros, they both share a fist bump from their mega planning.
Canoe Believe It?[]
MK and Julia are ready for the next challenge.
When Chris explains that the teams have officially merged and that everyone else is up for elimination, Julia and MK are smiling at each other, looking intense. They have little interaction since the challenge started due to MK's cheating being exposed by Chris and the rule of her not getting a partner. Before the elimination ceremony, Julia lied to the Rat Faces that it was Bowie's idea to cheat with the intern costume, resulting her ally, MK, being safe from elimination, and having Bowie eliminated instead.
Fun Fight at the O'Cake Corral[]
As Julia and MK are looking for the immunity idol together, Julia tells MK that she thought she would be eliminated in the previous episode and it would've stunk. MK asks "Why? Because you like me?" Julia, then, stutters, looking nervous and denying her question, making MK pointing her fingers at her, teasing her in the process that she likes her before saying "#BFF!" MK suggests they should get a heart pendant where she wears one half and Julia wears the other and starting a podcast together. Julia mockingly says it's hilarious and hoping MK would get eaten by something in the woods. In the confessional, MK thinks Julia is pretty cool when she's not destroying her life. During the challenge, Julia has an opportunity to sabotage someone and she disappointingly chooses MK in which MK isn't surprised at at all.
Haulin' n' Baulin'[]
Julia's nervous to answer MK's question about avoiding her.
When Julia opens the confessional outhouse door, she briefly looks around until MK has found her saying she's been looking for her all morning, surprising her. Julia nervously greets her, saying "Hey! 'Sup, girlfriend?". MK asks Julia if she's been avoiding her. Julia awkwardly laughs and denies MK's question. MK immediately knew the answer is yes and told her she is over the "Owen thing" Julia did to her in the previous challenge, stating that it's whatever and they make a sick team. MK is then interrupted when she saw Zee putting his shorts in his mouth. When Julia and MK has learned that Zee is trying to hold in a secret, Julia claims that they'll have it out of him by lunch as MK states that they'll do it sooner if they use a car battery. Julia and MK are seen standing next to each other holding hands and creepily talking to Zee to let his secret out. During the start of the challenge, Julia told MK to hurry up as MK is struggling to carry her coin, angrily saying that she's trying.
Breaking Up is Hard to Do[]
MK questions where her sympathy was after she got mauled by a bear.
Julia and MK are spying on the group caring for Priya, much to MK's annoyance since nobody paid any attention to her when she got mauled by a bear as Julia agrees and suggests they should get in on this "Poor Priya" action and squeeze out a few fake tears in order to avoid elimination, to which MK smiles to. Julia and MK walks up to the group as Julia asks Priya how she is and that she looks terrible. MK glares at her, saying "Dude!", much to Julia's confusion, saying that she does look terrible. MK rephrases Julia's statement, saying that things look terrible for Caleb at the next elimination ceremony as she's saying "Girl Power!". Julia and MK are in the confessional together, not agreeing that feelings are way more important than a million bucks, saying it's gross.
When the challenge starts, Julia and MK are offering Caleb an alliance to "rule them all", but Caleb refuses, saying that he has watched all of last season and knows he's better off alone than teaming up with them, leading to MK calling him rude. Julia tells MK that she has two words for Caleb: "Dead Meat", implying that they will eliminate him. But after Caleb has won immunity, Julia is sure that either her or MK will probably be eliminated, but she makes a deal with MK, letting this play out, out of respect for their alliance, to which MK agrees to. But in the confessional, MK knew that Julia is not going to take this lying down, and neither will she, saying it's game on! MK tells the remaining contestants her made-up lies about Julia to get her eliminated.
At the elimination ceremony, Julia and MK are glaring at each other as they're the bottom two. As Julia got the last marshmallow, MK is surprised, saying it rots. MK asks Julia how she got her eliminated, and wondered if the stuff she told them about her was super awful. Julia answered, saying she simply told everyone they made a promise not to bad-mouth each other, setting MK up to look worse than her, much to MK's shock. MK asks how she's so good at this and Julia really doesn't know, but saying that this is her gift. At the Dock of Shame, Julia puts her hands behind her back, awkwardly asking if MK's not mad at her. MK answers that she is not mad at her for being an evil backstabbing monster, much to Julia's relief and saying that MK's awful too. MK tells Julia to go win the million bucks. Julia makes a promise to MK that if she wins, she'll share some of the money with her, but MK, who knew she was lying, wouldn't do that for her if their positions were reversed. Julia knows and admits that she was lying and she never would share the money as she holds her arms and invites MK to share their last hug, confusing Chris and Chef if they like each other or not.
Circling the Drain[]
Though MK was eliminated in the previous episode, when Julia mistakenly selects MK's icon because of Damien, she awkwardly greets it.
Soar Losers[]
MK was the sole member of Julia’s team, due to everyone disliking her the most. When Julia’s hair gets chopped off by the raptor she insulted last season, causing her to get a mullet, MK tries to cheer up Julia, with little success.
Trivia[]
- They were on the same team in both seasons they competed in.
- They are the two highest ranking female members of Team Skunk Butt.
- In addition, they are the only female members of Team Skunk Butt to reach the merge of Total Drama Island (2024).
- Ironically, while Julia eliminates MK in the sixth episode of Total Drama Island (2023), she saves her from elimination in the sixth episode of Total Drama Island (2024).
- Both times MK was eliminated, it was Julia who played the lead role in both eliminations. Coincidentally, they both placed in the bottom two both times, with Julia receiving the final marshmallow.
