Campers are tasked with an obstacle course to rescue their trapped teammate from drowning. One contestant learns how tough the show is, but can't leave outside of getting eliminated. A superstar turns out to not be the action hero she says she is, losing their wide lead to a terrifying contestant thought to be the weakest. Someone proved not to be a team player, but in the end, a fallen star was sent down to take the walk of shame.
Plot[]
Nichelle says that people say she's the best at everything.
Nichelle, Emma, and the Hockey Bros are sitting outside talking about the many stunts she performed in her acting career. Wayne brings up her performance in Fight or Flight Attendant, where she kicks a ninja off a plane mid-flight and Nichelle boasts that she was allowed to fly the plane. Emma brings up what she believes was her best move in Werewolf Band Camp, where she kicks a silver flute into a werewolf's heart before ripping it out. Raj says that Nichelle can play a mean flute, and Nichelle agrees, saying that she is good at everything.
In the mess hall, Millie notices Priya training and they start to talk about Priya's life. Millie notices that Priya is determined to win, and thinks that it's her ultimate dream to win Total Drama. Priya states that it is not her dream, but her parents' dream, and that if she wins, they might let her go to med school. Millie finds this odd since every parent would usually want their child to go to medical school. Priya states that they want her to win the season and compete in the reality TV circuit.

Zee tells Damien and Chase that he "lost" his leg by bungee jumping out of a helicopter into a piranha pit. Chase is impressed while Damien is horrified that he would do such a dangerous stunt.

Meanwhile, back in the mess hall, Bowie is frustrated about breakfast. Raj is okay with it since he ate way worse, such as swallowing three teeth, two of which weren't even his. As he talks, he accidentally spills some food on Bowie and tries to get it off, he tries to wipe it off with his finger but Bowie stops him and tells him that he's fine. Wayne comes by and challenges him to see who finishes first. Millie watches this and starts noting their actions in her notebook.

Chris then tells everyone that it's challenge time. Chris tells the campers that this challenge will be Total Drama's deadliest challenge ever and that there will be casualties. When hearing this, Scary Girl laughs and everyone is freaked out. Chris tells the contestants that one of them will "sit out" and watch the others take on the challenge. Upon hearing this, all members of the Ferocious Trout, except for Priya and Scary Girl, raise their hands to sit out.
Chris tells them that they will instead, draw two names at random. For the Frogs of Death, Julia gets chosen. Emma tells her that she is lucky and that the challenge might get messy, Julia tells her that she is going to do great and that she is so brave in the way that she doesn't care about her looks. Then, for the Ferocious Trout, Damien gets chosen. Damien then celebrates until he sees his team's glares.
Glass booths then emerge out of the ground and Chris tells Julia and Damien to get in. When they get in, Chris locks the booths. He then tells the rest of the contestants that they will need a helmet for this challenge so they don't get hurt. Chef then explains the challenge, he states that this challenge with be called "The Obstacle Course of Death." Everyone is scared of the name, except for Scary Girl who smiles.
Chef continues, telling them that first, they will have to climb a rope, then they will have to walk under barbed wires. Chris then tells Ripper to not rip his pants again telling him that they got a lot of letters last time. Ripper says that they were probably love letters, in which Chris tells him that he is incorrect and that most of the letters were just envelopes filled with vomit.
Damien asks Chris what the glass booths are for, but Chris ignores him. Chef continues, telling them that after this, they will have to walk on a long grease platform. They then will have to swing on a rope to a branch that holds a key code number on it. Chris tells them that they will need all six numbers to rescue their teammate from drowning. Damien and Julia freak out, Damien asks Chris if he is going to have to drink it. Chris tells him that he shouldn't, Damien then thinks that it's toilet water but MK doubts it.
Chef finishes the explanation and tells them that, like always, the losing team will eliminate one of their own. Chris then tells them to not be sneaky and vote out the drowned one. Damien freaks out but Julia tells him to remain calm. Chris then tells the teams to decide their team order.
Wayne tells everyone to grab a knee, but MK tells him that they aren't doing that. Wayne tells her that there's no "we" in "team". Raj adds on, saying that if it did have "we" in it, then it would be "tweam", and Wayne states that "nobody says that". Emma then angrily tells her team that she's picking the order and that the order is Raj, MK, her, Bowie, Wayne, and Nichelle.
Chase tells his team that starting strong is super important. Ripper says that the pretty boy is right, he then starts deciding the turn order for the Trout, saying it should be strongest to weakest. However, he ends up putting all the boys first and the girls last, with himself going first, followed by Chase ("Pretty Boy") and Zee. He then states Millie ("Nerd 1") and Priya ("Nerd 2") are next and puts Scary Girl last since he believes she will blow the challenge for them. In retaliation, Scary Girl tries to bite off Ripper's finger, but he moves it before she can bite down.

Damien starts to panic as the water is now ankle-deep and wants Chris to blow the horn. Chris tells him to relax as it isn't life or death for himself before he blows the horn to start the challenge. Right away, Raj easily climbs up the wall while Ripper falls significantly behind when he is surprised by the sudden appearance of a bear claw. Chris tells him that he forgot to mention that bears are living in the climbing wall. Chef points out that Chris forgot about the sharks in the previous episode and he forgot about the bear for this one, but Chris tells him that it was on purpose. Raj easily crawls under the barbed wire while Ripper gets tangled by it when Chris surprises him by sharing that the wires are electrified, electrifying Ripper. Raj slips on the oil but after some encouragement from Wayne, moves slower so that he doesn't slip. Ripper runs through, but slips and falls off the platform where Raj is preparing to swing. Raj swings up to the branch and grabs the first number for his team. Ripper decides to go slower, but he slips and ends up exposing his butt. Raj returns and tags MK to go next, who manages to avoid being clawed by the bear and climbs without any struggle. Raj presses the button with his number with Julia showing her appreciation, while Damien pleads for Ripper to go faster. Ripper manages to swing to get the first number for his team but ends up crashing into the mountain. Meanwhile, MK is slowly traversing through the oil slick, with Chris noting how she's taking her time.

Ripper finally returns to the starting line and enters the first number for Damien's tank as Chase starts his run through the course. In an attempt to impress Emma, Chase shows off climbing with one hand only to get punched out of the wall by the bear.

MK returns with her number and Emma takes off for the course. Julia shows her appreciation for MK putting in the number, but MK walks off. Chase grabs onto the branch and does a few spins before leaping into the air with the number, impressing Priya and Zee. However, he hits his head on the cliff above him, amusing Scary Girl. Chase lands on the mattress, but Emma lands on Chase shortly afterward, being disgusted that she landed on Chase while smirking about it.

“ | When I win the million dollars, I'm going to buy an obscenely big TV and watch myself accidentally crush Chase over and over and over again! | ” |
Emma returns to the start and presses the next number, noting how calm Julia is inside the tank.

“ | It's OK to be scared, but never show it. Nothing is more important than what other people think of you. The Daily Llama said that. | ” |
Chase finally returns and Zee takes off to the course, with Chris noting how atrocious that display was. Wayne starts to notice Bowie's stellar performance on the course with Raj complimenting how great Bowie looks before backtracking to his performance. After Chase slowly inputs the next number for Damien's tank, he starts panicking and thinks that the million dollars isn't worth it, telling Chris that as soon as the challenge is over, he's quitting. However, Chris tells him that according to the contracts they signed, anyone who voluntarily quits owes the show a million dollars. That's when he gets a new idea to blame himself if they lose so that they would vote him off.

Once it is Nichelle's turn for the Frogs of Death, she starts doing terribly and can't get up the rope. Wayne and Raj believe she's gonna rock the rest of the course, but she fails miserably.
On the Ferocious Trout it is Scary Girl's turn. Scary Girl jumps to the top without touching the rope. She takes out the bear and starts to hurt it. Priya and Millie are shocked. Scary Girl then throws it away. She starts jumping happily in the grease. Meanwhile, Nichelle manages to get the number, but it flies away. She starts whining and crying about how she thinks she's useless and that they won't even let her cross the street. MK gets annoyed and asks Nichelle why she didn't tell any of that before the challenge, and Nichelle responds that's because she likes to make others think she's a celebrity. She then reveals that it's actually a 46-year-old stuntman in a wig named Gerry who does her stunts. Wayne asks why they would call a wig Gerry, and Raj responds that it's the stuntman's name. Emma tells Nichelle, trying to hype her up, that she's Nichelle LaDonna, and that she can do this. Nichelle gets up and catches her number. She starts running with Scary Girl back with the number. Nichelle does good until she hits a wall. Scary Girl opens her team's booth, letting Damien free, and winning the challenge for the Ferocious Trout. Nichelle starts crying and throwing a tantrum on the floor. Julia, meanwhile, is about to drown in her booth. Emma goes to Nichelle, takes the number, and frees Julia for her team.
During the elimination ceremony, Chef explains how some members of The Frogs of Death would be at risk of being eliminated. Nichelle is at risk because of the fact that her teammates chose her to go last, because they believed she was an action hero, and she's not an action hero.

Julia was then called out for manifesting her "warrior goddess" energy into Nichelle, which of course no one knows what that means, but it's pretty clear that it didn't work.

Finally, MK is at risk for the fact that Emma was working hard to give Nichelle the confidence to finish, but MK just shouted sarcastic stuff that just made the situation worse.

Bowie, Emma, Wayne, Raj, and Julia receive their marshmallows, leaving Nichelle and MK in the bottom two. MK receives the final marshmallow, much to her relief, while Nichelle gets eliminated.
Nichelle starts walking down the Dock of Shame, ranting to herself that she may have fell down and hurt her pride, but she will not let it define her. She states that her mom didn't raise a quitter and believes there is only one person to blame.

The Drone of Despair takes Nichelle away, grabbing her leg and she shouts, "I hate you, Gerry!", as she gets carried away from the island.

- Chris reveals that numerous viewers had complained about Ripper's wardrobe malfunction in the first episode.
- Chef Hatchet notices that Chris forgot to tell the contestants about the bears in this challenge just like how he forgot about the sharks in the previous episode to which Chris claimed that he was doing it on purpose and said he didn't like what Chef was implying. Funnily enough, as part of his sadistic nature, Chris has many times withheld information regarding the challenges in earlier seasons.
- In "Search and Do Not Destroy", after the key that Owen found wouldn't open any chests, Chris hesitantly says he forgot that some of the keys the campers were required to find were worthless.
- In "One Flu Over the Cuckoos", he forgets to mention that there are electric eels in the tanks where they dive for a fake Chris's body parts.
