Felicity Tamasyn "Flick" Palmateer is a contestant from Australian Survivor: Brains v Brawn (2021) and Australian Survivor: Heroes v Villains.

In Brains v Brawn, Flick was a physically capable player who helped her tribe win several Immunity Challenges throughout the tribal phase of the game. Come the merge, she would continue to vote alongside her fellow Brawns, only for her faction to be picked off by the Brains until she was the only one left. Despite receiving news of her mother's passing on Day 34, Flick persisted in the game, ultimately making it all the way to the final three thanks to various challenge wins and advantages. In the end, despite her challenge strength, she would fall short of winning the Final Immunity Challenge and be eliminated as a potential jury threat going into the Final Two.

For her indomitable spirit, Flick returned as a Hero in Heroes v Villains, where her social game helped her to integrate into the Heroes majority alliance and survive a treacherous tribe switch after being relegated to the minority. However, when she flipped back to the Heroes against Liz Parnov and Shonee Bowtell at the merge after they had saved her, Flick not only found herself the object of their ire, but also as the primary target of the Villains-led majority alliance. She finished the game as the first member of the jury.

Big Wave Surfer, 28

Currently ranked second in the world for Big Wave Surfing, it's no surprise that Flick is a fearless and strong competitor. She holds the record for the biggest wave surfed by an Australian woman and is also an accomplished artist, with exhibitions in the works.

A big wave surfer and Australian Survivor: Brains V Brawn finalist, Flick is returning to take out the win. But she's also got another reason why saying, "Finally I get to play Survivor on an island! It's very on-brand for me, the outback was not. I'm way more in my element here."

Coming third in her series, Flick was known for her courageous and strong-will after losing her mother mid-way through filming and she says it was the hardest thing she's ever been through. But with her family's support, she kept going and made it to the final challenge. She says, "Last time I played, I had the weight of the world on my shoulders, and I still came third. This time I'm back, stronger than ever, and I'm ready to win."

Flick is currently ranked number two in the world on the big wave world tour and holds the record for the biggest wave surfed by an Australian female. She knows when you are looking down the barrel of a 50-foot wave, there's no time to hesitate and wants to bring that bravery into the game.

Playing as a Hero, Flick says, "What really grinds my gears about the Villains is probably the manipulation side of things. The lying, the cheating - I can't stand it. It's most definitely time for a Hero to win this game."

Post-Survivor

• On August 23, 2021, Flick launched a fundraiser for dementia and FTD research in honor of her mother, who passed away on Day 34 of Brains v Brawn (2021) from FTD. By August 30, she had raised over $20,000.
• On October 1, 2022, Flick got engaged to Mitch Gimm. On March 19, 2023, Flick and Mitch celebrated their wedding, which was attended by her Brains v Brawn and Heroes v Villains castmates.

• Flick is the first castaway in Australian Survivor to survive a revote while in possession of a Hidden Immunity Idol.
• Flick is the highest-placing member of the original Brawn tribe.
