Daini "Big D" Tuiqere is a contestant from Australian Survivor: Brains v Brawn (2021).
A key member of the original Brawn tribe, Daini's position as a swing vote directly contributed to the eliminations of Gavin Wanganeen and Benny Burdo. Following the tribe switch, Daini found himself in the majority on the Brains tribe and his alliance was set to pick off the tribe outsiders. However, after a fatal case of miscommunication, Daini's ally Cara Atchison "cooked" the split vote plan, leading him to be blindsided when Laura Wells correctly played her Hidden Immunity Idol.

At a towering 6 ft 3, Personal Trainer and bodybuilder Daini, is bringing a whole lot of muscle to the Brawn Tribe. Born in the land of the long white cloud, with Fijian and Maori heritage, Daini was raised by his Mum, Aunt and Nanna, and credits being raised by women as the reason for his macho-free attitude.[1]

- Daini, along with Shannon Lawson, are the first castaways of Fijian ancestry to be cast on Australian Survivor.
- Daini is the only castaway on Brains v Brawn to switch tribes and not make the merge.
