Hello everyone. Or those that are reading this. I have something to say. If you may or may not notice. I kinda like movies and I kinda like talking and reviewing them. It's been a passion of mine for as long as I remember.

I began Letterboxd in 2014. It has been almost a decade. And yes I feel so very old. And in that time I have somehow written over a thousand reviews.

I would like to ask all of you what you would think about a tip jar?
Truth is I have been struggling mentally and financially in recent times.

If you're completely against this then that's fine. If not then great. Either way I'm going to keep the same format I love and keep reviewing. I don't intend to do something where there's suddenly a pay wall to read stuff.

This would be extremely optional. I won't think higher or lesser of anyone. Not even sure if tip jars are allowed on Letterboxd; which is why I ask too.

What would you all think though? Optional Tip Jar?
