The catching up continues and this just a really fucking good movie about the experience of parenting and finding your purpose, and it is so well rounded in so many categories. Strong emotional beats that consistently land, a fantastic voice cast, one of the most truimphant scores I have ever heard that instantly goes on my playlist, the most visually pleasing animation we have seen from dreamworks ever, it is just so so good.
I think the 4.5 rating here is 100% my fault, i watched the movie while being very tired and thus the experience wasn't as euphoric as it should've been since i was on the edge of falling asleep but this will almost surely be 5 stars next watch, it's fucking wonderful.
