One of Nicolas Cage’s best performances of all time and one of the best original horror movies of the year. When they released any teasers, I’m really glad that they didn’t show Nicolas Cage’s face until later in the movie because I like to be surprised, and once they showed his face it was scary and nerve wrecking as fuck that you didn’t know what he would do. Plus Maika Monroe was fantastic plating the FBI agent Lee Harker who somewhat connects to Longlegs. After seeing this movie she’s defiantly becoming this generations horror queen, and while I was watching this I noticed that it has similar aspects to The Silence Of The Lambs but scarier and more intense. Oz Perkins did a phenomenal job directing masterpiece and I can’t wait to see more of this work like The Monkey next year
