    that quote fucked me up so good, i had to give this a rewatch. cool to see how the filmmaking with the ancestral plane / parental trauma stuff here makes its way into sinners in multiple instances.

    extremely fun episode. successful use of writing a "connected universe" - glad they stuck the landing sequelizing one of my favourite past episodes. depiction of drug addiction here felt realistic. id recommend this to anyone who’s played the sims or had a tamagotchi as a kid. incredible marketing tactic how netflix has released a real "Thronglets" game i can play through the streamer on my phone.
