Gone Courting is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to protagonist Carl Johnson by Catalina from her hideout in Fern Ridge, Red County, San Andreas. It is unlocked by the mission First Base and any one of the four robbery missions given by Catalina.

Catalina shows her love to Carl by tying him up and torturing him. This mission unlocks two out of a possible of four robbery missions given by Catalina.

Carl invites her to rob someone.
Catalina invites Carl to come inside the cabin.
Carl says that they should go.
Catalina yells at Carl to come inside the cabin.
Realizing that it's best to not make Catalina angry, Carl decides to follow her orders and go inside the cabin.
Carl going into the cabin.
Carl pleads with Catalina to not waste any time and go robbing, as Carl seriously needs money.
Soon after he says this, Carl notices something in the cabin.
Catalina tells Carl that what he's seeing is a rack.
Catalina tells Carl that she intends to torture him.
Catalina starts whipping Carl and complaining about the way he treats her.
Carl begs Catalina to not whip him anymore and says that he's not into BDSM.
Catalina ignores Carl's pleas to stop.
Carl pointlessly tries begging Catalina to stop.
Catalina whips Carl.
After Catalina is done whipping him, they have sex.
After they're done, Carl asks her if they can go out and rob places now.
Catalina asks Carl how he liked the sex.
Carl says that it felt "different" and Catalina responds saying that she always knew that he'd like it.
Carl says that he thought that they would rob people together and make money instead of screwing around.
This angers Catalina. She says she's getting really bored by Carl.
Carl says that he's only after money and is not interested in any serious relationships.
Catalina is furious at Carl now. She asks him if he views her only as a way to get free and easy sex.
Carl says that he didn't mean to say that.
Catalina says that she loves Carl, but he treats her like an idiot. Catalina says that she sees the way that Carl looks at other women and says that she'll kill him if he ever gets involved with other women.
She also adds that she'll castrate him first before killing him.
Carl had enough of Catalina's threats and tells her that he's not interested in her drama and needs money and only money.
Sweetening his tone, Carl says that he's in big trouble and the only way that he's getting out of it is if he gets money.
Ignoring Carl's story, Catalina says that he's really boring her.
Catalina says that maybe today they'll steal a lot of money.
As Carl and Catalina get into a car and drive towards one of their four possible targets - a petrol station in Dillimore, a liquor store in Blueberry, a betting shop in Montgomery and a bank in Palomino Creek. She says that perhaps he'll drive better than last time.
Carl tells Catalina that driving a quad bike isn't easy and adds that Catalina shooting her gun right next to his ear didn't help, calling her a crazy bitch in the process.
Catalina says that she likes it when Carl is angry at her.
She says that she'll make sure to anger him more.
As the two drive to their target, Carl says that he can't wait until she pushes him past his breaking point...
Post-mission phone call[]
Carl Johnson: Hey, what's happenin'?
Catalina: Why you so cheery? You thought I was one of your cheap whores?
Carl Johnson: Baby, you gotta chill the fuck out and-
Catalina: I'll chill out when you get here! You better hope I don't make testicles kebabs when you arrive!
Carl Johnson: Look, this ain't no-
Catalina: No more talk! Get your ass up here, now!
Trivia[]
- The territories controlled by Varrios Los Aztecas will be handed over to Los Santos Vagos after Catalina's post-mission phone call. Since it is very easy to miss the phone call by simply starting the next mission before the player receives it, the Aztecas will retain their territories, even if they're supposed to have lost them in the storyline.
