Carl pays a visit to Woozie, after inviting him to this new place. Woozie explains to him the problems he's having about the casino business. Apparently, either one of the three Mafia families in the city - the Leone Crime Family, the Forelli Crime Family and the Sindacco Crime Family - are causing the trouble for him, and would do anything to keep them away. Woozie then offers a deal to Carl; in exchange for some help with the casino business, Woozie would offer Carl a share of the casino. Carl gladly agrees.
A little later, a Triad comes in, saying that some thugs have been interrupting things, and that one of the thugs was caught. Woozie orders him to get rid of the thug, but Carl has a better idea. He orders the Triad to tie him up on the windscreen of a Feltzer, and he would deal with this a little later.
Soon enough, Carl goes to the garage and finds the thug already tied up to the windscreen of the car. Carl leaves the garage and drives frantically around town in order scare the thug into revealing which family he belongs to. The thug eventually reveals that he is from the Sindacco Family, and Carl says that's all he wanted to hear, leaving the thug horrified at having spilled the beans to Carl as to who is giving the Triads so much trouble. He then goes back to the casino.

Yeah, it's been a complete nightmare. You want a stomach ulcer, try opening a Triad casino in a Mafia-run town!
CJ:
The mob trying to squeeze you?
Woozie:
Yeah - the corporations are moving in and everybody's feeling the squeeze. I've had slot machines busted up, workmen being scared off...
CJ:
So who's behind this?
Woozie:
Huh? Well, there are these three mob families operating here, and each of them has a stake in Caligula's Casino, and some wacked-out lawyer's running it for them. It could be any one of them, or all of 'em.
CJ:
Can't you just give them a little something?
Woozie:
No. In addition to the usual authorities that need bribing, each one would want a slice, and I'm not about to hand over all our profits to some wiseguy Italians!
Woozie pours a drink in a shot glass, which he then gives to CJ.
CJ:
Our profit?
Woozie:
That's right, you heard me. I want to offer you a share in our casino, in exchange for some help setting it up. How does that sound, partner?
CJ:
Sounds like we got a deal, then!
Woozie and CJ make a toast, when they're interrupted by a fellow Triad.
Boss! The boys found some thugs trying to smash one of the deliveries. We caught one of them!
Woozie:
Get rid of him.
CJ:
Hey, wait - hold up, hold up, come here. Whoever's behind this, we need to let them know that they're dealing with fully-fledged psychos. Tie him to the front of the car, let him sweat it out a little, and I'll be out there in a little while.
CJ drinks, then puts his shot glass down.
CJ:
See if we can make this guy squeal.
Woozie:
That's my Carl!
Woozie drinks while CJ leaves the office and goes to the casino's garage, where he finds a mafia thug attached to the hood of a Feltzer.
Johnny Sindacco:
Hey, hey, who the fuck - who are you? Untie me, huh?
CJ:
You know what? I think we're gonna take a little drive.
Johnny Sindacco:
What are you, fucking stupid? I'm not joking here - untie me, motherfucker.
CJ gets into the car.
CJ:
No, I think I'm gonna leave you right where you are.
CJ drives out of the garage.
Johnny Sindacco:
You got any idea in that pea brain head of yours who the fuck I am?
CJ:
No, (chuckles) but I think I'm gonna find out.
CJ begins driving erratically in an attempt to scare Johnny Sindacco.
Johnny Sindacco:
*Oh, slow down, slow down, for Godsakes! *Oh, man, this is too fast! *This is too fast! TOO FAAAAAST! *Oh, Mother Mary, I've had enough, oh God... *What, are you trying to fuck both of us? *Jesus! JESUS!
CJ scares the Mafia member until he gives the information.
Johnny Sindacco:
The family will make you pay for this!
CJ:
Which family?
Johnny Sindacco:
The Sindacco family, ya idiot!
CJ:
That's all I wanted to hear.
Johnny Sindacco:
What? Oh, shit...
CJ drives the car back to the Four Dragons Casino, where the assistant takes the car and parks it in the garage.

Glitch[]
During the cutscene where CJ is in the garage and enters the Feltzer to drive it out, sometimes the garage door will not open properly and the vehicle will become stuck inside the garage during the cutscene, and it can be observed crashing repeatedly into the door and the walls on the inside of the garage as the camera remains in a fixed position. However, pressing the "Sprint" key after a measure of time will skip this cutscene and allow the vehicle to exit the garage. The player can also turn the Frame Limiter ON to solve this problem.
Trivia[]
The first-person camera is disabled during this mission.
The more the "Scare-O-Meter" increases, the more Johnny will curse and taunt CJ. And, if the meter is close to full, he will be completely shellshocked in horror.
If the player, at first, drives fast (with Johnny saying phrases such as "I shit myself!" or "Untie me, now!") and towards the end the player drives slower, Johnny will thank CJ for slowing down. He also thanks him if the car isn't even moving.
If the Feltzer is flipped upside down, Johnny will scream in panic as if he catches fire, although the car does not burn until the player gets out of the Feltzer. Doing so will cause the car to incinerate, then explode, and the mission is failed as a result.
There is an unused cutscene sound file that is supposed to be played when Carl finds Johnny Sindacco tied up. The dialogue is the same as the final version, but there are more sound effects such as car door opening/closing. The cutscene was most likely fully-animated instead of using in-game animations.
