Fam1 is an unnamed NPC character model in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is a member of the Grove Street Families. Like other foot soldiers, he can be recruited for help within certain missions or territorial take-overs.
He is also available as a playable character in the official 2 player mode exclusive to the PlayStation 2 version of the game.
Fam1 is voiced by Shawn "Solo" Fonteno, who would later go on to voice and motion capture Franklin Clinton, one of the protagonists of Grand Theft Auto V.

Fam1 is slightly overweight, and his outfit consists of a green bandana, green sweater, black jeans and white Pro-Laps sneakers. His character model is not unique and is shared with many other Families members. He bears some resemblance to a used Balla member, called Ballas2 in the game files. His face and body shape are similar. He has two sets of voiceovers - a bright, cool one and a dark and aggressive one. In the mission Los Sepulcros, his facial build looks larger with a smaller face.
In The Definitive Edition, Fam1 has several variants. He can often be seen with or without his green bandana and his facial hair can change as well. He still wears the green sweater, though the undershirt may be black or white. His pants and sneakers can have multiple variations - black pants with white sneakers, blue pants with black sneakers, and beige pants with grey sneakers.
