The C.R.A.S.H. Rookies are minor characters in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Background[]
The two unnamed corrupt cops are enlisted by Frank Tenpenny to join the C.R.A.S.H. during the Los Santos Riots in 1992 to replace the two deceased C.R.A.S.H. members Eddie Pulaski and Jimmy Hernandez.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas[]
After Carl Johnson escapes Big Smoke's burning crack palace building, Tenpenny attempts to drive away in his Fire Truck with the two rookies inside, but Sweet Johnson jumps on his Greenwood and then leaps at the ladder on the back of the truck, and hangs on from it. Carl enters a parked Feltzer and starts to chase Tenpenny.
During the chase, one of the rookies in the truck gets out and starts stomping on Sweet's fingers. Carl gets the Feltzer under the ladder and Sweet drops onto the hood and then climbs over into the passenger seat. After that, the second rookie armed with a Micro SMG gets out of the truck cabin to help the other rookie at the back of the truck. Both of them are ultimately killed by Carl during the chase.
