Bishop appears in the mission Jizzy, where Carl Johnson is tasked by Jizzy with killing him and his guards after "converting" one of his hookers into quitting prostitution. However, it is clear he is merely using her, asking her to strip and perform sexual acts upon him.
When the player is travelling close to his limousine, his random lines to the prostitute may include "Be careful with little Bishop".
