The reporter is a journalist for the San Andreas Post.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas[]
The reporter appears only in the mission Snail Trail, and is reportedly investigating Eddie Pulaski's corruption. He is meeting another reporter at the end of Yacht Harbor in Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos.
After boarding a train at Cranberry Station in San Fierro, he exits at Market Station in Los Santos, and takes a taxi to Yacht Harbor. Unbeknownst to him, he is being followed by Carl Johnson, who assassinates both him and the other reporter shortly after their arrival at the pier.

The reporter uses a generic pedestrian model.
He uses the same model as the informant in Badlands and the dossier carrier in Misappropriation. Coincidentally, all three missions using that model are given by C.R.A.S.H.
