All party members' Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG is increased based on 50% of the character's own current HP.
When a character uses an Elemental Skill or Burst, all party members will be affected by one stack of the Bloodletting Curse, losing HP continuously based on 0.25%+25 of their own Max HP each second for 10s. The active character can be downed by the HP loss caused by this effect. Off-field characters will no longer lose HP this way if their HP is less than 15%.
