Playable Characters

Collei is a playable Dendro character in Genshin Impact.

She has appeared in the official Manga and serves as one of its main characters. Originally an Eleazar-afflicted victim of Fatui human experimentation, Collei wandered the world as a vagrant until she met Amber in Mondstadt. Since then, Collei has turned her life around, and currently serves as a trainee Forest Ranger in the Avidya Forest.

	Floral Brush	Elemental Skill
Throws out a Floral Ring that deals 1 instance of Dendro DMG to targets it comes into contact with. The Floral Ring will return after a set time, dealing Dendro DMG once again. When this skill hits at least one enemy, it generates 2.5 Elemental Particles. The Floral Ring will fly back to the player even if the player moves away from their original position. The period of time in which the Floral Ring stays on-field can be greatly extended if the player can exceed the speed in which the Floral Ring returns to the player. Characters with fast movement speed (e.g., Sayu) can achieve this easily. However, only two instances of damage can be dealt even if the Floral Ring makes contact with the enemy hitbox multiple times in its duration. The Floral Ring will disappear if it fails to return to the player within 10 seconds, and will not be able to trigger her 1st Ascension Passive. Passive Effects Passive Talent 1, Floral Sidewinder: If any party member triggers an elemental reaction involving Dendro before the Floral Ring returns, then it grants the Sprout effect upon return, which continuously deals Dendro DMG equivalent to 40% of Collei's ATK to nearby opponents for 3s. Floral Sidewinder is also affected by Collei's Constellation Level 2, Through Hill and Copse: If Floral Sidewinder is unlocked, then the Sprout effect becomes guaranteed on return of the Floral Ring, and triggering an elemental reaction involving Dendro before it returns now extends the duration of the Sprout effect by 3 seconds. Constellation Effects Constellation Level 3, Scent of Summer: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15. Constellation Level 6, Forest of Falling Arrows: "When the Floral Ring hits, it will create a miniature Cuilein-Anbar that will deal 200% of Collei's ATK as Dendro DMG. Trusty Cuilein-Anbar comes to save the day! Throws the doll named Cuilein-Anbar, causing an explosion that deals AoE Dendro DMG, creating a Cuilein-Anbar Zone. Cuilein-Anbar will bounce around within this zone, dealing AoE Dendro DMG. This skill ticks a total of 12 times, in addition to the initial hit. Trump-Card Kitty's Leap DMG will snapshot Collei's stats on cast and will not be affected by changes in her stats that occur afterwards. Passive Effects Passive Talent 2, The Languid Wood: "When a character within the Cuilein-Anbar Zone triggers Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Zone's duration will be increased by 1s. A single Trump-Card Kitty can be extended by up to 3s." 	Floral Sidewinder	1st Ascension Passive
If one of your party members has triggered Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before the Floral Ring returns, it will grant the character the Sprout effect upon return, which will continuously deal Dendro DMG equivalent to 40% of Collei's ATK to nearby opponents for 3s. If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed. DMG dealt by Sprout is considered Elemental Skill DMG. From 1.5s after Floral Ring returning, Sprout effect deals Dendro DMG to nearby opponents every 1.5 seconds for a total of 2 times. Constellation Effects Constellation Level 2, Through Hill and Copse: If Floral Sidewinder is unlocked, then the Sprout effect becomes guaranteed on return of the Floral Ring, and triggering an elemental reaction involving Dendro before it returns now extends the duration of the Sprout effect by 3 seconds. Duration extension from this constellation allows the Sprout effect to deal damage 2 more times.
