Ningguang (Chinese: 凝光 Níngguāng) is a playable Geo character in Genshin Impact.

The Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing and owner of the floating Jade Chamber in the skies of Liyue, Ningguang is a mogul who shakes the very foundations of business circles. Even grabbing a few scraps from the documents she shreds from the Jade Chamber will gift one an invaluable fragment of her wisdom, enough to stay a step or two from one's peers.

Normal Attack Shoots gems that deal Geo DMG. Upon hit, this grants Ningguang 1 Star Jade. Charged Attack Consumes a certain amount of stamina to fire off a giant gem that deals Geo DMG. If Ningguang has any Star Jades, unleashing a Charged Attack will cause the Star Jades to be fired at the enemy as well, dealing additional DMG. Plunging Attack Gathering the might of Geo, Ningguang plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Geo DMG upon impact with the ground. Ningguang can hold up to 3 Star Jades from Normal Attacks. There are three possible animations for Ningguang's Normal Attack. The Charged Attack fires a single large projectile directly in front of Ningguang from her chest area. Star Jade stacks are fired on a small arcing path and may target enemies other than the Charge Attack target. There are three possible animations for this attack. One of the animations where Ningguang only raises her left hand is significantly faster than the other two. DMG dealt by Star Jades is considered Charged Attack DMG. Star Jade stacks gained from Normal Attacks will be lost if Ningguang leaves the field. The Star Jade stacks from her Normal Attacks do not expire if Ningguang stays on the field, but the ones from her Constellation 6 do. All projectiles fired by her Normal and Charged Attacks will home towards targets but have a minimum turning radius. If the target is too far or moves too quickly, the projectile may miss. Star Jades and regular Normal/Charged Attack projectiles have different lock-on mechanics against non-enemy targets. For example, Normal/Charged Attacks target ores while Star Jades do not, and the opposite is true against campfires, cooking pots, etc. Passive Effects Passive Talent 1, Backup Plan: "When Ningguang is in possession of Star Jades, her Charged Attack does not consume Stamina." 	Jade Screen	Elemental Skill
Ningguang creates a Jade Screen out of gold, obsidian and her great opulence, dealing AoE Geo DMG. Jade Screen Blocks opponents' projectiles. Endurance scales based on Ningguang's Max HP. Jade Screen is considered a Geo Construct and can be used to block certain attacks, but cannot be climbed. Only one Jade Screen may exist at any one time. When this skill hits at least one enemy, it generates 3.33 Elemental Particles. This particle generation has a cooldown of 6 seconds. With the 2nd constellation, consecutive use of the skill will not generate any particles. The Jade Screen, unlike any other Geo construct, can block enemy projectiles, but does not block projectiles or attacks from the player. It is not considered a shield, and enemy attacks that ignore shields are still blocked by the Jade Screen. The Jade Screen can be used to activate some Pressure Plates, but not all of them. 	Starshatter	Elemental Burst
Gathering a great number of gems, Ningguang scatters them all at once, sending homing projectiles at her opponents that deal massive Geo DMG. If Starshatter is cast when a Jade Screen is nearby, the Jade Screen will fire additional gem projectiles at the same time. When Jade Screen is nearby, 6 additional gem projectiles are launched. In an open area, 1–2 gems will hit the ground. It's not recommended to use the Burst in a confined space, because the gems are likely blocked by obstacles. This skill fires 6 gems without Jade Screen nearby and fires 12 gems with Jade Screen nearby. When Ningguang is in possession of Star Jades, her Charged Attack does not consume Stamina.

A character that passes through the Jade Screen will gain a 12% Geo DMG Bonus for 10s. The buff is applied when a character enters the "buff application box" on the Jade Screen. The buff is applied on entry only. Standing inside the box will not continuously refresh the duration of the buff; a character must exit and re-enter to do so. Switching characters while inside the box is considered an "entry," so the new character will receive the buff. Entry is judged based on a character's bounding volume; if any part of the bounding volume starts overlapping with the buff application box, the character will receive the buff. (I.e., taller characters will get the buff more easily. It's not clear exactly what shape the game uses to bound characters, but it's probably a cylinder or capsule of some sort.) The box extends upwards about 1/3 of the way up the screen. This height is more than a character can jump on flat ground, but can be reached on uneven surfaces. The box extends downwards almost 1 full screen height below the bottom of the screen, which is more than enough for any character to receive the buff without actually touching the screen. 	Trove of Marvelous Treasures	Utility Passive
Displays the location of nearby ore veins used in forging on the mini-map. The following ores will be displayed on the mini-map: Iron Ore, White Iron Ore, Starsilver Ore, Crystal Ore, Magic Crystal Ore, Amethyst Ore and Condessence Crystal Ore. Local specialties such as Cor Lapis and Noctilucous Jade will not appear on the mini-map. Ningguang must be in the active party for Trove of Marvelous Treasures to take effect, but she does not need to be alive. Only one ore location will be shown on the mini-map at a time. Map preview
