Crossbow: Whole Genome Resequencing Analysis in the Clouds
Crossbow is a scalable software pipeline for whole genome resequencing analysis. It combines Bowtie, an ultrafast and memory efficient short read aligner, and SoapSNP, and an accurate genotyper.
