Ultimate Big Brother is the final series of Big Brother (UK) on Channel 4 and was intended to be the last Big Brother UK series of all time. It served the same function as Big Brother All-Stars in the US by featuring 14 notable former housemates from both the regular and Celebrity editions of the show returning to the house to compete against each other.

• Ultimate Housemates: This season's housemates were notable housemates from previous seasons of Big Brother (UK) and Celebrity Big Brother, dubbed "Ultimate Housemates" by Davina.
• Additional Housemates: On Day 4, Big Brother 5 (UK) housemates Victor and Michelle moved into the house. On Day 11, Celebrity Big Brother 1 housemate Vanessa moved into the house.
