Known for throwing competitions and making entertaining speeches on Big Brother Canada 3, Godfrey managed to lay extremely low for the first 4 weeks of the game until being targeted by Zach Oleynik. He played very strong socially near the end by covering his bases with The Fembots (Brittnee Blair and Sarah Hanlon) and The Diaper Alliance (Ashleigh Wood, Pilar Nemer and Zach). However, Godfrey did not articulate how strategic his gameplay actually was to the jury, leading them to give the win to Sarah by a 7-2 vote.
Due to his strategic timing and social maneuvering, Godfrey is often considered one of the best players to never win in Big Brother Canada, and his gameplay has been compared by some to other houseguests, such as Will Kirby.
Godfrey Mangwiza is a 22-year-old psychology student from Toronto, Ontario. He is enrolled at the University of Toronto. Godfrey is originally from Zimbabwe, and came to Canada at the age of sixteen. He says that gossiping irritates him, and he is not afraid to confront people in the house. He loves cats, and admits to having nine cats at one point.
