Carl tries to help Perry stop Doof while working three other part-time jobs.
Plot[]
At night, Phineas, Isabella, Buford and Baljeet have a game of cross-country lacrosse with a giant lacrosse stick, which they are playing with another kid at Mount Kilimanjaro. While they wait, they have a game of rocket-powered lacrosse.
Agent P enters his lair to find it being renovated. Major Monogram informs him that fish have been disappearing throughout the Tri-State Area and they suspect Doofenshmirtz is behind it. Since OWCA is tight on budget, Perry is required to thwart him as soon as possible, since they cannot afford overtime. Once Perry leaves, Monogram clocks out so he can watch Workplace Acquaintances, and Carl is already late for his part-time job. Monogram does not take that statement seriously, since he believes that his internship is his true job.
At the Purgatory Pantry restaurant at the Googolplex Mall, Carl works as a waiter, where it is Turf and Turf night, and they have an important food critic dining. Just then, Monogram informs Carl that Agent P is in his vicinity and he needs to help him to prevent his overtime from kicking in. Just then, Doofenshmirtz and Agent P arrive at the restaurant, and Doof uses his fish-inator to add Surf to everyone's Surf and Turf. As Perry fights Doof, Carl removes all the fish from the customers' plates. Carl then checks in on the food critic, only to see he is just a screenwriter. As Carl leaves for his next job, the real food critic is revealed to be none other than Ferb.
Carl works next as a birthday party clown for a Ducky Momo-themed birthday party in the food court, when Monogram again tells him that Agent P and Doof are coming to his area, and chastises him for literally "clowning around". Doof arrives and shoots fish at all the children, ruining the party for everyone except Brittany. Carl saves the day by juggling the fish and placing them in the fountain. After that shift, Carl goes off to his third job.
Back in the backyard, Phineas, Isabella and Buford are enjoying their game of lacrosse, while Baljeet is confused as to why their invention has not mysteriously vanished yet.
Carl gets into his uniform as a delivery boy for the Pizza Face Pizza parlor. Monogram, still not believing Carl to have other jobs outside of his internship, once again contacts Carl to tell him that Agent P is now in triple overtime, which they cannot afford. On the mall roof, Doof fires a starfish at Perry's grappling hook rope, causing him to fall. Carl saves him just in time with the inflatable mascot outside the pizza parlor and heads out to make his delivery. Perry and Doof have a fish fight on the roof.
In the backyard, a very tired Candace is upset that her brother and his friends made something so bustable so late at night. As she goes back to bed, the lacrosse ball finally reaches Mt. Kilimanjaro, just in time for some fish from Doof's fish-inator to get caught in the lacrosse stick's net and catapult to parts unknown.
Back at the mall, Perry sticks his swordfish into Doof's inator, clogging it and causing it to explode. As Doof wonders aloud where the fish went, the Farmer's wife is once more in disbelief that her husband bought a giant aquarium but no fish. As usual, they expect some fish to fall out of the sky, but nothing happens. All the fish from Doof's exploded inator actually land directly atop him.
Carl rides his bike with his pizza delivery to an apartment with an out-of-service elevator. He walks up eight flights of stairs and knocks upon the customer's door and is shocked to find the customer is none other than Major Monogram himself. Monogram is upset that the delivery is so late and chastises Carl for his antics, but Carl explains that he had to take up three part-time jobs to supplement his income. Even though he loves his unpaid internship, it is actually costing him money, and he even has to pay for his own parking spot. Monogram, sympathetic to Carl, shows his appreciation for him by offering him to watch Workplace Acquaintances with him and also pays for the pizza and plans to validate his parking. Carl thinks aloud that this is a good step for his career, and lashes out at Brittany for saying otherwise.
Later that night, Phineas and the gang's lacrosse stick lands in the Farmer's field and throws all the fish into the giant fish tank. The Farmer attempts to call out his Wife, but she says she will see it in the morning.
