Buford goes on a whimsical adventure with a bread bowl hot tub.
Plot[]
In the Flynn-Fletcher backyard, Isabella, Baljeet, and Buford wonder what Phineas and Ferb will build that day. When the boys arrive, they unveil their newest invention — a self-rising, self-baking ball of dough that expands into a giant loaf of bread. Buford is ecstatic when it's revealed to be his long-desired bread bowl hot tub, soon filled with clam chowder. Overjoyed, he dives in while the others decline to join.
Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz unveils his latest non-evil gadget, the Carb-Away-Inator, designed to remove tempting bread from his surroundings. When he activates it, the ray inadvertently teleports Buford's bread bowl hot tub — with him still inside — to a remote island. At first, Perry tries to attack Doof, but later backs down when the latter points out that he's only doing it to improve his health.
Stranded, Buford struggles to find food and survive, naming the bread bowl hot tub "Chowdina". As isolation sets in, he begins hallucinating her voice, which encourages him to "Commune with Nature". After he befriends the wilderness, Buford returns to find seagulls eating Chowdina. Furious, he reverts to his bullying instincts to scare them off and vows to sail her back to civilization.
Buford builds a raft and embarks on an epic voyage with Chowdina, encountering dolphins, sharks, and a storm. During the chaos, Doof's inator reverses its effects, returning all bread — including Chowdina — to Danville. Buford believes the power of friendship is responsible as they soar home through the sky.
Eventually, Doof gets overcome by carb cravings and calls Perry over, allowing him to destroy the inator and cause all the bread to fall back to Earth. Buford and Chowdina crash into the ocean, where she delivers a tearful farewell, explaining that she will return to the natural cycle as nutrients for future bread. Buford is heartbroken but accepts her fate.
Back in the backyard, Buford sadly tells Phineas, Isabella, and Baljeet that Chowdina is gone but will live on in his heart forever. The others quietly express relief that they avoided soaking in soup, as Ferb appears in swim gear, ready for the tub, only to retreat when he realizes it's gone.
