January’13 – Onwards with Riddhi Siddhi Traders and later with Riddhi Siddhi Overseas ,
Burdwan as a Promoter and Business Development Head
 Bootstrapped Riddhi Siddhi Overseas with a meagre sum of Rs 50000 and achieved a turnover of over Rs 5000000 in the very first
year.
 Overcoming the early challenges of financial bottlenecks and steering ahead through building trust among key stakeholders and
turning revenue positive in the first year itself.
 Ensuring steady procurement of non-basmati rice for export.
 Building relationship with farmer cooperatives and enlightening them on the prospects of organic farming.
