Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • ¾ cup vanilla soy milk

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds (Optional)

  • 2 teaspoons chopped almonds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine soy milk, oats, sugar, chia seeds, almonds, vanilla bean powder, salt, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir frequently until thickened to your preference, 5 to 7 minutes.

Cook's Notes:

You can use 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract in place of the vanilla bean powder.

You can use coconut or maple sugar, if you prefer.

Use any nuts of your choice.
