Khanh Ong is a contestant from Australian Survivor: Blood v Water.

Starting in a power position on the Water tribe, Khanh helped to orchestrate the game's early blindsides, further consolidating his power after receiving a Hidden Immunity Idol. While an unfavorable tribe switch forced him to play defensively, Khanh managed to defuse his threat level to make it to the merge with his idol, of which everybody was aware. However, Khanh's continued possession of his idol as well as his potential to become a challenge threat caused him to be blindsided swiftly after the merge.

Amy and Khanh are set to put their closeness under a microscope.
Charming and disarming, Amy is ready to make a name for herself after living in her older brother's shadow, while Khanh has a burning desire to win the title of Sole Survivor. And don't be fooled, he's willing to do whatever it takes, even if it means he has to lie, cheat and steal to get there.
Khanh says: "There is no strategy from either of us going in. We want to have some fun and see what happens. We're both very social people so we'll rely on that, we both find it easy to make friends."
What is your biggest fear on Survivor?
Not making it to at least Tribal Council. I want to experience the entire game. I want to do it all. I want to orchestrate blindsides, I want to find Idols, I want to use advantages and make dumb decisions.
What food/indulgence will you miss the most?
Salt, flavour, options, yum cha, chili oil. Mainly my chili oil.[1]

Australian Survivor[]

Khanh, a former contestant on MasterChef Australia, was placed on the Water tribe while his sister, Amy Ong, was assigned to the opposing Blood tribe. Though his fellow tribemates Mark Wales and Nina Twine were wary of him for his social and physical skills, Khanh found himself in the majority alliance. On Day 5, after Water lost their second Immunity Challenge, Khanh and Nina convinced Shay Lajoie not to use her Hidden Immunity Idol on her closest ally Briana Goodchild at Tribal Council, which led to Briana being voted out.

On Day 6, Blood won the Reward Challenge where they could send one of their tribemates to the Survivor store; they nominated David Goodchild, who was then told to bring with him to the store a member from the Water tribe. David chose Khanh. At the store, the two found a special two-part super idol; each person was instructed to take one half, which functions as a regular negating idol on its own. Khanh revealed his idol to his tribe. On Day 12, after losing the Immunity Challenge, KJ Austin plotted to blindside Khanh for his idol and threat level. At Tribal Council, however, Alex Frost quit the game due to back injury.

Although there were several discussions around camp to flush Khanh's idol, Khanh managed to keep his idol through the pre-merge. On Day 25, both tribes competed for an individual Immunity Necklace ahead of a Double Tribal Council. Khanh won the challenge for his tribe, but decided to give the necklace to his ally, Sam Gash, after she passed out at the challenge. At Tribal Council, while Ben Watson tried to flush Khanh's idol, Khanh voted with his alliance to ultimately eliminate Ben from the game.

On Day 26, the tribes merged into the Lava tribe. At the first individual Reward Challenge, Khanh won a $60,000 cash prize. On Day 27, while Khanh was under the assumption that his alliance voting out Shay, Mark hatched a plan to blindside Khanh. Although Mark's wife Sam tried to convince him to vote out Shay first, Khanh was blindsided with an idol in his pocket, becoming the first member of the jury.

At the Final Tribal Council, Khanh voted for Mark to win.
