No amount of words can express how happy I was after watching this film...

I've waited for this film since it was first announced that Damien Chazelle was making his next film. I loved Whiplash. And when I saw the first trailer to La La Land, I knew that I would love it too.

I mean the literal thought of the film could bring tears to my eyes. La La Land is such a me film. It's about Movies and Jazz... and I live for movies and jazz. This film is a mesh of everything great about Hollywood, and the ambitious desire to inspire. And it's so good.

First of all, the music. If Justin Hurwitz doesn't win an Oscar for Best Original Score, Imma Flip Shit. I still can't get that beautiful music outta my head.

Both Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone are the most perfect that perfect can be. Gosling is hilarious, and Stone is wonderfully adorable. I wouldn't have it any different.

And Damien Chazelle... Whiplash was milestone, but "this" is the cherry on top. I now have eternal respect and admiration for him (and this is only his third feature film that he's directed... second, if you don't count Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench, because that was technically suppose to be a student film).

Highly, Highly, Highly Recommended!

...Also this was the first time that the entire audience stayed throughout the entire end credits... THE ENTIRE CREDITS.

I've never seen that before!
