Moonshine flowers as we waltz, we dance and we cry. Flying to the galaxy far faraway, in the City of Stars bereft of shadow. Here is to the fools who dream, who nourish their romance by blending in reality with fantasy. Come to Mia & Seb’s universe and gaze at the stars lit only by the affectionate beams. A releasing kiss of romantic wonder goes hand-in hand with a nod of approval that proves to be a heartbreaking farewell.
There is an overwhelming feeling of regret, of gut-wrenching melancholia. The sort of pain that stealthily comes out of nowhere to snatch your heart out of your chest without you knowing. However, why think of it like that...Why do relationships need to last forever? Love might never work out the way you wanted it to. Love lasts in smaller moments, tiny details before being frozen in time. Broken hearts are hard to mend, even music and dance numbers cannot completely heal what has already been smashed and torn. The most vital thing is that they meet again to honor their love by letting those eyes gaze at the “What If” cosmos and expressing the pure, undiluted emotions. It is important they treasure the past, caressing those little glowing fragments of their dream world – walking on Seine's River that reflects no other stars, but them together.
P.S. To the girl who was sobbing uncontrollably next to me (my first watch in a packed cinema). I wish I had brought some Kleenex so that I could help you out and share this mutual wretched feeling. I wish…
