Pachinko KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Lucky Trigger! (Pこの素晴らしい世界に祝福を!このラッキートリガーに祝福を!) is a Japanese pachinko game developed by Toyomaru Industry Company, Ltd. based on the KonoSuba series, with its pachinko machines released in Japan's pachinko parlours beginning 24 March 2024.

A modified version Pachinko KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Easygoing 99! (PAこの素晴らしい世界に祝福を!このゆる甘99に祝福を!) with a higher chance of winning but lower return rates was later released on 22 July 2024.

Summary[]

The game focuses on elements appearing in the first season of the anime, with such plot events occurring in the regular playing as well as the lottery and "Special Time", which are accompanied by anime footages and soundtrack from the television series as well as a few originally produced scenes.

Main Characters[]

Gameplay[]

Players start the game by buying a number of pachinko balls which they will load into the machine, and as events, challenges, bonuses, and other minigames pop up, the player needs to turn the handle in hopes of directing the balls dropping down from the top of the machine towards the left side of the screen. For every ball that manages to fall into the start checker at the bottom, players are allowed a handful of balls or a spin of a reel like a virtual slot machine, the latter of which is denoted by digits appearing on the screen that are sometimes accompanied by sprites of the main characters. At times the player may need to direct the balls either to the right or left side of the screen as indicated in the display, or press the lever button according to the presented instructions, and upon lottery can get a 1/199.8 chance of success (1/99.9 for Easygoing 99).

The game cycle starts off with the player selecting one of the members from Kazuma's party as the "Favourite Character", before attempting to proceed into phases where rates of success and reward return are higher.

  • Regular Play: During regular play where normal footages from the television series are scrolled, as the player tries to get as many balls as possible into the start checker, lottery reserves as many as four can be saved as reserve lights taking the form of the four hiragana of "KonoSuba" light up.
  • KonoSuba Zone: In this initial win phase dubbed God's Blessings on This Big Win, which doubles as the first half of the "Special Time", the player needs to divert the balls down the right side of the screen into the attacker slots in order to light up the four hiragana of the KonoSuba title within a certain time period, and success will allow the player to enter the "KonoSuba Rush". It is also in this phase when secondary characters accompanying the "Favourite Character" can be selected, and will result in a variety of footages and activities.
  • KonoSuba Rush: After selecting the accompanying character for the second half of the "Special Time", the player continues diverted balls towards the attacker slots with possible variations depending on the instructions displayed, while bonus challenges requiring the repeated pressing of the lever button may pop up, and continued success may allow the player to proceed even further, otherwise the session will drop back down to the regular play.
  • Blessings Rush: The phase where the "Lucky Trigger" occurs, the player will be presented with more difficult instructions and challenges with a lower chance of success, and may either be rewarded with stupendous winnings or kicked back down to the "KonoSuba Rush" phase.
