"Change of Coast" is an original song by Neon Indian featured in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. It appears as GTA Online's introductory theme in the original and enhanced versions of the game.

Description[]

The song was written and performed by Neon Indian in 2013, and used by Rockstar Games exclusively for their video game GTA V.

In the game, the track can be heard on Radio Mirror Park, and is also used as the 7th track in all of the end credit sequences. An instrumental version of the track can be heard during the GTA Online introduction in the original and enhanced versions of the game. This version has unofficially been established as the game's "official theme" and only features the first 1 minute and 40 seconds of the original track, before the track reaches its main verse. The intro to this version of the track is also prolonged to fit the game's intro title sequence. The track does not appear in the expanded and enhanced version of the game due to GTA Online's reworked introduction.

A week after the game's release, Rockstar Games released it on Volume 1 of The Music of Grand Theft Auto V, the game's soundtrack album, where it appears as the 4th track.
