The song was written and performed by Marion Band$ in 2013. The song was used by Rockstar Games exclusively for their video game GTA V.

In-game, the track can be heard on Radio Los Santos, and is also used as the 4th track in all versions of the end credits sequence. A week after the game's release, Rockstar Games released it on Volume 1 of The Music of Grand Theft Auto V, the game's soundtrack album, where it appears as track 14. Compared to the in-game version, the official release is over 20 seconds longer, at 3:52.
