Achievements serve as challenges and story content that the player can attempt and unlock for themselves. There are 45 Achievements in-game with 15 being hidden. Achievements cannot be unlocked in Creative, Creative With Bugs, or Custom game modes.

- Shrinky and the Brain is a reference to the Warner Brothers characters Pinky and the Brain.
- Gotta Peep Them All is a reference to the Pokémon catchphrase, "Gotta Catch 'em All".
- Mini Mix-a-Lot is a reference to the musician Sir Mix-A-Lot.
- The Best Part of Waking Up is a reference to the slogan of Folgers, a well known coffee brand in the United States.
- Science Rules is likely a reference to a lyric of the theme song for Bill Nye the Science Guy.
- Friends in low places is a play on the phrase "friends in high places".
