The Titan Fortress Ruins ｢ティタン
Overview[]
The Titan Fortress Ruins are located in a forested area within the Empire. Once considered impregnable, Titan Fortress served as a stronghold during the war against the Demon King's Army.[1] The fortress was ruled by the Armée family, a lineage of warriors rather than traditional nobles.[2] However, due to the downfall of the Armée family and their loss of peerage and lands, the fortress fell into ruin. Despite its dilapidated state, it remains an impressive structure.
Beneath the fortress lies a secret treasure chamber, inhabited by hordes of monsters.
Synopsis[]
History[]
During the war against the Demon King, Titan Fortress was utilized as an impregnable stronghold.[1] The Hero Party traveled through the area and encountered the Armée family, including the ruling noble Count Armée at that time.
Imperial Territory Travels Arc[]
Thirty-one years after the death of the Hero Himmel, Frieren's Party travels through the region containing the Titan Fortress Ruins. Frieren explains to Fern and Stark that the area was once ruled by the Armée family, a warrior lineage whose influence has seemingly waned over time.
As they approach the Titan Fortress, they find Armée engaged in battle with monsters in the wilderness. He introduces himself and explains that his family's downfall occurred during his grandfather's time. Armée then requests their help in retrieving his family's hidden treasures from a secret chamber beneath the fortress, offering a spell for warmth as a reward.
The party battles through various monsters and confronts a powerful serpent guarding the entrance to the treasure chamber. After defeating the monster, Frieren receives the spell, and Armée and Frieren's Party part ways.
