The Aufgabe Federation ｢アオフガーベ
Overview[]
Aufgabe Federation is a region that consists of a muddy forest and a village. It has two paths leading to the Imperial Capital, one being a mountain path and the other a main road that was constructed about a year after the death of Himmel the Hero.[1] This region is located south of the Imperial Capital.
The village is of decent size. Before the construction of the main road, adventurers used to frequent the village. While the village does not have an inn, it does feature a vacant inn. Additionally, the village has its own fields and a bar.

Around twenty-nine years before the death of Himmel the Hero, a group of Shadow Warriors from the Empire received orders to monitor the mountain path in the Aufgabe Federation and eliminate all individuals on a provided list.
Approximately thirty years later, construction began on the main road in the Aufgabe Federation, which would prevent people from using the mountain path.[2] One of these Shadow Warriors, Radaal, would eventually become the mayor of the village.
Imperial Territory Travels Arc[]
Thirty-one years after the death of the Hero Himmel, Frieren's Party stops in a village within the Aufgabe Federation. Radaal, the village's elderly mayor, welcomes them and offers a vacant cabin so that they can rest. While the villagers speak kindly of him, Frieren is suspicious of Radaal's intentions, as she recognizes him as a hardened warrior.
That night, Radaal confronts the party. He first encounters Stark, who is standing guard at the door, and knocks him out. He then storms into the cabin and temporarily subdues Frieren. However, Stark and Fern quickly fight back, and Frieren ultimately holds Radaal at bay with her staff. She convinces him to abandon his mission since no one remembers it anymore. Subsequently, Frieren's Party leaves the village under the cover of night, leaving Radaal to reflect on his choices.
The next morning, Frieren's Party is seen traveling to the Imperial Capital along the main road, which is covered in thick mud.
