The Hitmen is the dominant alliance in Big Brother 16 (US).

Formed by Cody Calafiore and Derrick Levasseur, The Hitmen was insulated by multiple alliances throughout the season and was able to successfully eliminate threats that were deemed detrimental against the alliance. Using their strong social connections, physical abilities to win competitions and Derrick's strategic maneuvering throughout the season, both men made it to the Final 2 while carrying their affiliate Victoria Rafaeli to the final 3, with Cody finishing as the runner-up and Derrick as the winner of the season.

With Cody eventually returning and winning Big Brother 22 (US), The Hitmen is considered as one of the most successful alliances in Big Brother history and both Derrick and Cody have been regarded as some of the franchise's best players.

• This was one of the most successful alliances in Big Brother history, because there were no casualties along the way, and both members made it to the final two.
  • Both members are also Big Brother winners since Cody returned to win Big Brother 22 (US).
  • Both members beat two other Big Brother winners on their winning seasons. In season 16, Derrick beat two future winners in Cody and Nicole Franzel, who would go on to win seasons 22 and 18 respectively; in season 22, Cody also beat Nicole in addition to Ian Terry, who had won season 14.
  • All members of this alliance received all jury votes across two seasons of Big Brother, with 18. This makes them the alliance with the most number of jury votes received to win the game.
    • Derrick received 7 votes and Cody received two votes on Big Brother 16. Cody then received all 9 votes to win on Big Brother 22.
    • Cody holds the record for the most votes won in his Big Brother career, with 11.
    • Each member received a vote from Nicole to win the game.
• After Caleb was evicted, The Hitmen were left in the final three with Victoria. Due to Derrick and Cody carrying her all the way to the finale, they referred to her as "The Hitmen's Little Sister".
• Following both editions of The Renegades, both members of the Hitmen made it to the final two in the same season. They would be followed by Coast2Coast, The Root, The Black-Ops and The Minutemen.
• The Hitmen were both involved in many alliances with other house guests.
  • The Detonators with Christine, Frankie, and Zach.
  • Los Tres Amigos with Zach.
  • Bomb Squad with Devin, Amber, Caleb, Christine, Frankie, Zach, and Hayden.
  • The Rationale with Hayden and Nicole.
• Although successful, the alliance was not popular with viewers or fans due to them masterminding the evictions of fan favorites: Zach, Donny and Nicole.
  • However, they were praised for being responsible for getting controversial houseguest Frankie evicted.
• Derrick and Cody eventually started a podcast and YouTube channel, aptly named The Winner's Circle, covering reality television shows such as Big Brother (US), The Traitors (US) and The Challenge.
  • The premiere episode was released on July 11, 2021 to cover the season premiere of Big Brother 23 (US).
