Janet Derecho Duterte, or most commonly known by her screen name, Keanna Reeves, is the Big Winner of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 1.
A rather controversial figure coming in to the house, Keanna had a fairly rocky start by being placed on the block by her housemates on week 2, which she survived. However, she was able to overcome any preconceived notions with her great sense of humor, work etiquette, and good relationships with the other housemates, most notably with Rustom Padilla. As a result, she was able to be in the good graces of the house and Filipino public as she eventually reached The Big Night and was declared as the Big Winner after gathering 44.8% of total votes. She is the first ever celebrity to win a season of Pinoy Big Brother.

Keanna Reeves born on September 24, 1970, is a Filipina comedienne and actress. In December 2004, she first gained national attention and notoriety in the Philippines for revealing she used to be a private escort girl.
She stirred controversy when she confessed that lawmakers were among her clients. Her exposé helped her barged into the showbiz world. As a starlet, however, she made very few movie projects. But she was often seen on television talk shows where she clashed with fellow starlets over her past life.

Keanna had a fairly rocky start by being placed on the block by her housemates on week 2. Although initially being saved by Angela Calina's voluntary exit on week 2, she and the two other nominees from the previous week, Rico Robles and Rudy Fernandez, were automatically nominated by Big Brother on week 3 but was narrowly saved by the public with Rudy getting evicted by the end of that week.
She eventually formed great relationships among her housemates and also, gained the respect of the house and the viewers for her motherly care, honesty and humor. She most notably developed a close friendship with Rustom Padilla, and in a first and very historic moment on the Pinoy Big Brother franchise, he eventually chose to come out as gay to Keanna.
While she was nominated for the last time during week 5, she was saved by the public with an overwhelming 63% of the votes. With her improved social relationships among the housemates, it became smooth sailing for Keanna as she reached the Big Night without ever being nominated again.
Keanna became part of the Big Four who went on to The Big Night. She was declared as the Big Winner after gathering 44.8% of total votes. She is the first ever celebrity to win a season of Pinoy Big Brother.

- In 2016, she was cast for a recurring role in the comedy sitcom Home Sweetie Home where Pinoy Big Brother presenter, Toni Gonzaga played the leading female role.
- Keanna occasionally appears in the succeeding Pinoy Big Brother seasons due to her status as the first ever celebrity to win in the series. Her latest appearance in the series was during the tenth anniversary celebration of Pinoy Big Brother in 2016, through Pinoy Big Brother: 737.
- Keanna revealed in 2014 that she was in a relationship with a 20 year old guy named Kevin.

- Keanna's win at the end of the season caused controversies as well when rumors on vote-buying allegations arose just days after winning Celebrity Edition 1.
