Gauahar Khan is the winner of Bigg Boss 7 (Hindi). She later appeared as a "toofani senior" on Bigg Boss 14 (Hindi).
During season 7, she was best known for her righteous strong personality and her showmance with fellow housemate Kushal Tandon. On the launch night, she entered the Heaven side of the house. Her various fights always made her a target and threat towards other housemates. She never shied away to share her opinions about a lot of the problems in the house. She always had took a stand whenever Armaan Kohli was appreciated by the audience.
She became a target when majority of the housemates nominated her name to change with Armaan to move to the hell side. Her showmance with Kushal Tandon became nationwide news and they stuck together during hard times. On Day 38, after Tanishaa pushed Kushal, she stood up for Kushal. She also stood up against host Salman Khan and called it unfair and expressed and exposed the biasness towards Tanishaa and Armaan.
Her complicated friendship with Andy Kumar was also another highlight of her journey. After a task, they both had an arguement which led to Kushal hitting Andy. On Day 45, supporting Kushal and going against the decision of his ejection, Gauahar chose to walked out of the house. On Day 46, Gauahar returned to the house. She emerged as the winner at the end of the season with the highest votes to win.
She returned to the show in 2020 for the fourteenth season as a senior along with Hina Khan and Sidharth Shukla for the first three weeks. She was known for her friendship with both Hina and Sidharth. Gauahar had powers to evict or confirm any housemate. During Day 9, Gauahar along with Hina and Sidharth had evicted Sara Gurpal. She later chose Nikki Tamboli to be the first confirmed housemate and saved her along with the other two seniors and finally left the house, evicting Eijaz Khan, Pavitra Punia and Shehzad Deol in a final eviction task.
