Stephen Bloom (Republican Party) was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 199. He assumed office in 2011. He left office on November 30, 2018.
Bloom (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 13th Congressional District. He lost in the Republican primary on May 15, 2018.
Bloom is a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 199 from 2011 to 2018.
Biography
Bloom earned his B.S. in agricultural economics and rural sociology from Penn State University. He obtained his J.D. from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law. When he served in the state House, his professional experience included working for the law firm Irwin and McKnight P.C., where he specialized in business and transactional law. He also worked as an adjunct professor teaching economics and business law at Messiah College.
