Biography
Dallas Kephart graduated from Phillipsburg-Osceola High School in 2014.[1] Kephart earned a B.A. in political science with a minor in economics from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2018 and a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University in 2021. His career experience includes working as a law clerk at the U.S. House of Representatives and at the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.[2]
