Debbie Blanchard was a Democratic candidate for District 134 of the Connecticut House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 10, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Blanchard was unopposed in the August 10 primary. She was defeated by incumbent Republican Tony Hwang in the November 2 general election.[1][2]
