Vincent Candelora (Republican Party) is a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 86. He assumed office in 2007. His current term ends on January 8, 2025.
Candelora (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Connecticut House of Representatives to represent District 86. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Candelora began serving as state House minority leader in 2021.
Biography
Candelora's professional experience includes working as an employee at Taconic Wire, Owner/Manager of the Connecticut Sportsplex, Attorney with Susman, Duffy and Segaloff, and a law clerk with Antoinette L. Dupont.
He is President of North Branford's Chamber of Commerce, former Editor-in-Chief of the Dickinson Law Review of the North Branford Rotary Club, Saint Augustine Church, and Treasurer of the Republican Town Committee.[1]

Samantha Fonda was unopposed in the Democratic primary but was later removed from the candidate list, while incumbent Vincent J.
