Biography
Colleen Burton was born in Heidelberg, Germany. Burton earned a B.S. in public administration from California State University at Sacramento in 1980.[1] Her career experience includes working as the president and principal consultant of C. Burton & Associates, the community engagement manager of the Central Florida Regional Planning Council, and the executive director of Polk Vision, Inc.[2]
