Aisha N. Braveboy (b. July 29, 1974) is a former Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 25 from 2007 to 2015.

Braveboy ran for election as Maryland Attorney General in 2014.[1] She lost the Democratic nomination in the primary on June 24, 2014. The general election took place on November 4, 2014.

Biography

Braveboy's professional experience includes working as Assistant General Counsel for the Anacostia Waterfront Corporation, and as Manager of the Land Acquisition and Real Property Division in Prince George's County.

On November 7, 2006, Aisha Braveboy ran for District 25 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the first of three seats, beating Melony Griffith, Dereck Davis, Patrick Schaeffer, Jr., and David Kiasi.[3]
