Teaching Profession

And Foundation of
Special and Inclusive
Education
Beed II

Name: Aslima S. Ayunan

The lesson that I’ve learned from this subject is that teachers play a big
part in forming the young minds and hearts of the learners. In this
subject, we’ve learned the skills and knowledge that a future teacher
must have. I knew that education is very important. Education helps
people understand the world, know their rights, and make good choices.
Teaching people about how society works and their role in it makes a
country stronger and keeps it going. Always remember that we can make
a change if we are educated.
The teaching profession Is a subject that teaches a future teacher to be a
good teacher in the near future. I knew that it was not an easy subject.
And as a future teacher, we should help our students develop their skills
as well as their knowledge. We should also be good role models for our
students. We should love and respect our students as we love and respect
our profession. Teachers play an essential role in everyone’s life. Not
only do they teach us in schools, but we also learn many useful things
like moral values, social etiquette, how to treat others, and how to be
friendly with our classmates.
For me, the most challenging topic in the subject is the DepEd orders,
where there are laws and Pd. We should be able to somehow understand
them and perhaps keep them in mind. And for me, that’s hard, but it’s
also important because as future educators, we should understand those
laws.
I’m grateful for the knowledge you’ve shared to us ma’am. Thank youuu
po!
The lesson that I’ve learned from this subject is that even though your
students have special needs or disabilities, you should treat them fairly
and respect them. You should teach and help them as best you can as a
teacher. I believe that those students who have disabilities or special
needs deserve to receive an appropriate education. Just like the child in
the movie Every Child is Special named Ishaan, a student who has
dyslexia, he cannot seem to get anything right at his boarding school.
Soon, a new unconventional art teacher, Ram Shankar Nikumbh, helps
him discover his hidden potential.
For me, teachers have a big part in the development of every child. That
is why we should always do our best to teach our students, especially
those who have special needs. Students with special needs are not
different from the normal ones, we just have to know their learning
techniques, their comfort zone, and the things that we need to improve
and guide them to be better. Some of us may have disabilities, but that
doesn’t mean that we are different from other people, and every kid
deserves a quality education regardless of who they are or what they
look like. We all deserve a quality education. We all deserve love and
respect.
To our teacher, Salisig, your teaching skills are excellent. Thank you for
sharing your knowledge and expertise, ma’am.
