the dialogue is different from the questions in the KEY PHRASES 1. Pupils share their answers orally.

3. Pupils read the dialogue and find out: 1) Two numbers 2) Four question words 3) Five adjectives 4)
Two adverbs 5) Which question word is not in the KEY PHRASES.
4. Pupils refer to Activity 5 and imagine that they are one of the new students from another country.
Pupils practise a new dialogue using the key phrases based on one of the new students.
Pupils repeat the dialogue using their own name and personal information in front of the class.

north west, south west, north east, south east). Pupils share their answers.
Teacher shares the map of Malaysia with pupils and asks pupils to list and describe 4 main cities in

to the box in Activity 4. Teachers explains that those words are adverbs. Teacher also explains the adverb
‘normally’.
5. Pupils listen to CD1-22 again and complete the sentences with an adverb.
