Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix ½ teaspoon orange extract, or more to taste 2 drops red food coloring 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed 1 cup miniature marshmallows (such as Kraft® Jet-Puffed) ½ cup chopped pecans, divided Directions Stir pineapple, pudding mix, and orange extract together in a bowl. Add food coloring and stir. Fold in whipped topping and mini marshmallows. Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons of chopped pecans for topping; stir in remaining pecans.
