Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel® Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained

Directions

  1. Combine Velveeta and tomatoes with green chiles in a microwaveable bowl.

  2. Microwave on High until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, about 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
