Lumuwaku is the merged tribe of Lairo and Vokai from Survivor: Island of the Idols.

Lumuwaku was controlled by the dominant Vokai Alliance. Although several coups were attempted to usurp the majority, infighting within the insurgents prevented these rebellions from coming to fruition. Their tribe color is blue, up until the final five, when they were given gray buffs with blue accents.

Trivia

• The name for the tribe was originally suggested by Jack before his elimination, and was brought up again after the merge by Jamal and Janet, explaining that "LUMUWAKU" was an acronym that Jack's late father would tell his family before deployment.
• Lumuwaku is the first tribe to witness an ejection from the game.
• Lumuwaku is the first tribe to have their Buff switched out into a new color. At the final five, castaways dropped their blue buffs in favor of grey buffs with blue accents, to signify their new living space being the Island of the Idols. The season logo also differed on the new buff, which was secretly a clue to a Hidden Immunity Idol.
• Until Day 37, Lumuwaku was located at the former Vokai camp.
