Tagi is a tribe from Survivor: Borneo. Their tribe color is orange.
Prior to the merge, Tagi struggled with a generational gap and appeared physically outmatched by Pagong, but their better teamwork and survival skills allowed them to remain in contention and merge evenly. It was also on Tagi that the series's first ever voting alliance was formed, forever changing how future contestants would compete on the show.

Tribe History[]
The relatively older Tagi clashed the minute they arrived on shore. Susan and Richard squabbled over work ethic. Stacey and Kelly, on the other hand, seemed irked by Rudy's abrasive personality stemming from his military background.
During the first Immunity Challenge, Sonja stumbled through the shore, causing Tagi to fall behind the rival Pagong tribe. Eventually, Pagong won the challenge, giving them fifty waterproof matches and the coveted Immunity Idol. Deemed as the weakest member of the tribe, Sonja, the eldest of the Tagi females, was first to go in a 4-3-1 vote.
Fearing that she might be next, for she was deemed as the next weakest link, Stacey won the second Immunity Challenge for the tribe, where they ate butok or beetle larvae. But despite this, her redemption only lasted for three more days, as Tagi lost the third immunity challenge and she was next to be eliminated.
As the days went by, Sean and Dirk appeared to be lazy, while Richard became the sole food provider for the tribe. With this, Richard hatched a strategic plan by creating a voting bloc with Kelly, Susan, and Rudy, thus forming the first Survivor "alliance." The tribe managed to rebound. winning the 4th immunity challenge.
After Tagi lost the fifth immunity challenge, the alliance voted out Dirk as his strong religious beliefs alienated his tribemates.
At a crucial challenge for Tagi, they edged out Pagong to win the sixth immunity challenge, evening the tribes out at 5 members each and completing a pattern of alternating immunity wins.
On Day 20, Tagi and Pagong were merged into one single tribe, Rattana, where the remaining ten castaways decided to move to Tagi's camp for the remainder of the competition.
